First and foremost, we wish to underscore that our company boasts a distinguished legacy spanning over 35 years, during which we have diligently upheld our commitment to delivering superior products and exemplary customer service to clients both within South ******* and on an international scale.
We must address a concerning aspect of your emails, online comments and reviews. You've expressed claims that we have engaged in theft and fraudulent behavior, labeling us as "crooks." These assertions are patently false and damaging to our reputation as a longstanding, reputable business. Businesses have the right to protect themselves against defamatory statements that are unfounded and damaging. We are prepared to take legal action if such false claims persist.
Upon meticulous review of the events outlined in your correspondence, we seek to clarify certain aspects to ****** a more comprehensive understanding:
Product Selection and Pricing: During your visit to our establishment, you expressed interest in an **shaped desk and lateral file cabinet. Our representatives presented you with quotes for two variations of the Forza **shaped deskboth the Wood and Glass versions. You opted for the wood variant, and subsequently, we extended a discounted offer to ensure your satisfaction and secure your order. This order was formally communicated to you both orally over the phone and in writing by email, and you confirmed your preference for the wood version of the desk.
Product Description and Communication: In the process leading up to finalizing your order, it was explicitly confirmed with you on multiple occasions, both via telephone and in person, that your selection pertained to the wood iteration of the **shaped desk and lateral file cabinet. We took deliberate measures to dispel any potential confusion about the specific product you were procuring before signing the agreement.
Delivery Arrangements: We accommodated your request for weekend delivery, albeit with an associated surcharge. It was communicated to you that our weekend availability is limited due to operational constraints and that we operate with reduced availability on weekends and do not have staff in our offices. We proactively inquired about your preferred orientation for the Forza **shaped desk in advance. This step was taken to ensure a seamless installation process and the accurate placement of all components. Furthermore, we specifically advised that having someone on-site to assist our delivery personnel would be highly beneficial.
Delivery Experience: Regrettably, the account provided by our delivery driver points to a disconcerting interaction. Your use of inappropriate language and then proceeded to kick our driver off the property disgustingly after seeing that you didn't like the Forza **shaped Wood desk and wanted a Glass variation now.
Review and Discrepancy: Your online review exhibits certain inaccuracies that we believe warrant clarification. While you conveyed a preference for a glass surface, our records unequivocally demonstrate your agreement to acquire the wood variant. Furthermore, you embarked on a campaign of negative online reviews across various platforms. Moreover, we'd like to clarify a point regarding our pricing structure. As indicated on our website, there is a distinction between pricing in our showroom and online. The pricing you encountered online is specifically designated as such and reflects our online-only rates
We firmly believe that our actions were congruent with our responsibilities and aligned with the information you received. Your decision to sign an agreement for the Forza **shaped Wood desk and lateral file cabinet and subsequently contest it while simultaneously launching a negative online campaign against us is both perplexing and unfortunate.
We explained everything to you, giving you options now to upgrade the desk or return the order with the restocking fee of a now semi assembled **shaped desk and lateral file cabinet and now you will not abide by what was signed and accepted due to your change of mind. We are not denying your Forza **shaped desk and lateral file cabinet and it can get picked up from our warehouse. As of now, the item is occupying storage space, and if this continues for a few more days, storage charges will be applicable as specified in the agreement. Moving forward any new delivery will be charged. Please note we aspire to find a respectable resolution with respectful language to us and you do the correct thing.
