Great online course- material was very relevant and study guide is highly recommended. I took the MLO and RE sales associate course and passed the state test in both the first time. Best price also. Thank you.

1 starA lot of reading, No Videos and they add a lot of extra stuff that you wont see on the **** exam. Had to pay for a virtual class somewhere else to actually learn.They also give you VERY short time lines so that you can't complete it on time and they would charge you again full price to let you finish for something you have already paid for.Review fromJessica J

I am very pleased with the course. I was able to make progress at my own pace even while traveling. It was easy to navigate the lessons and getting feedback after every quiz was a very useful tool to prepare for the exam.Real Estate U Online, LLC

I've been using Real Estate U Online for a couple of years now. I love it! And I recommend them to friends and people who ask me about getting their licenses. I got my 77-hour Real Estate course with them during COVID. Got my NY License, and I've been helping my (SELLERS). I do enjoy working with buyers more than listing properties. BUT my buyers have so many questions about mortgages, and get embarrassed when I don't know the answer. SO, just enrolled in the 20-hour NMLS course to help me understand the Mortgage process. Very interesting and challenging course! Glad that I am taking the 20-hour NMLS, learning so much! Thank you!Real Estate U Online, LLC

Perfect resource for studying for your Final Exam and the State Exam. A lot of pertinent information which allow you to be able to critically think and apply what you have practiced and learn in the course for your exam. I had to take the course twice but it was my fault. This course is easy and self directed. Be honest and don't cheat is the best way to past the final. I have my state test scheduled. I cant wait to add my second career to support my family.Real Estate U Online, LLC
