The course was well structured and included all the relevant information. I pass the exam first time. I like the ability to retake the practice exam as many time as I like. Great price highly recommend ??

The Class is going great. You can complete course at your path as long as you complete before your expiration date of 1 year. You have several way to access the course. Just completed my First part and have taken test which I passed and continuing to second part. The classes were great easy to follow also I bought on Groupon for lower then the price on the website and still had a best experience of if I payed full price I even got the perp exams for a great deal I definitely recommend looking on Groupon to see if the deal is still happening all that's left is the *** Exam which I did recently my email on a Tuesday not MondayReal Estate U Online, LLC Response

I am so shocked with the customer service I received from Real ********************** U. The online course itself is good and I have completed the 90 hour courses and pass both exams and waiting for the eligibility to schedule the real exam with PSI. I only receive below email from Real Estate U:We will report your pre-licensing education completion to PSI on Monday early morning. Once processed you by their system you will receive the exam eligibility email and you will be able to proceed with scheduling the state licensing exam.You can schedule by Phone, email or online:I waited three business days and still have not received the exam eligibility email so I reached out to their support email. I have sent 5 emails back and forth asking the instructions on how to obtain eligibility to register and schedule the exam with PSI. The answer was provided in pieces. I was first provided by this customer service with a link to register ********************* here. Then I completed and I reached out again asking what is the next step. I got an answer saying around 2 business days, it will be accepted. Then I asked, will I receive an email confirming it is accepted so I could go in and schedule the test and if there is instruction provided on how to schedule or a link showing my eligibility for me to register. The answer I received is this: We do not know the contents of the emails you receive from AMP. This is so frustrating. I've been waiting for three days to be eligible to register and schedule and have not received any proper guidance. The customer service is terrible. I have no idea what are the next steps. Still don't know if I will receive an email notifying me got accepted and eligible to schedule the test. I will not recommend this to any of my friends and will post the review elsewhere to let more people be aware.Review from Kimberly W

A very detailed course, learn at your own pace. End of the course Practice questions are very well prepared, which helps in the exam.THe cost was also very competitive compared to other providers.It worked for me!!!!The support was also very quick to respond, needed it only once that too after completing the course. Beaware from this scam company. They charge you the whole fees and when it comes to take test their system wont allow you to take test and the time passes. Once the time is up they ask you to repurchase the course again. Upon complaint they rudely deny you to fix their system instead they ask you to repay them to allow for the test. This company is doing a big time scam. I ask relevant authorities to take notice of this scam. Also I asked for a refund and they denied. According to rules i am entitled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if I am not given the full service or I am not satisfied. While there was some back-and-forth communication with our support team as the team reiterated that the course duration could not be extended, your case was escalated to one of our managers, who approved a 14-day extension to allow you to continue the course.

Good school to learn about real estate. The content covering all aspect you needed in working in real estate, and the video quality is good almost like real person. Comparing to in person classes, online classes are easier to handle by some has a job during the daytime. You can follow your own paces to learn, review, do the quiz, and take the exam.
