Fecha de la transaccion 12/30/2024 cantidad pagada $299.00 dolares La empresa ofrecio asesoramiento personalizado, y son videos pregrabados, y las clases tienen como objetivo conseguir que el estudiante siga pagando mas dinero, ofreciendole mas producto.. No parece una pagina educativa... porque solo les interesa cuanto dinero te pueden sacar.deseo la DEVOLUCION DE MI DINERO, estuve desde el dia 7 de enero ***************************************************************** vendio este curso (**** de la Espriella- de Colombia) pero hoy 8 de enero me pude contactar con una persona por whatsapp que logicamente no queria dejarme cancelar la sucripcion.. a pesar de mi insistencia. Al final acepto cancelar la sucripcion mas no el reembolso de lo pagado aduciendo que habia pasado lo * 7 **** * de garantia... segun sus politicas. obligandome a permanecer en la pagina hasta el 30 de enero ******* hubo intencion por parte de la empresa por solucinar el problema; por el contrario presionaron para que continuara.. esta pagina smartBeemo no permite dejar opiniones en la pagina de ****** lo que me parece una practica incorrecta con el fin de evitar que las personas dejen sus opiniones como una mala practica de la empresa asi como su publicidad enganosa atravez de las paginas sociales como ******** o instagram.NOTA: fecha de compra: 12/30/2024 fecha de cancelacion: 01/08/2025 tomaron en cuenta **** feriados y fin de semana en su calculo de lo 7 **** de prueba..Initial Complaint

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning situation I have encountered with Smart beemo from which I recently enrolled in online courses to learn about selling on Amazon and Walmart.As a single mother seeking additional income to support my family, I registered for a one-year course at a cost of $490. However, on the very first day of interaction with one of the teachers, I became suspicious. The teacher not only inquired about my available investment in Amazon but also recommended an additional course priced at $375, claiming it was crucial for success. Subsequently, I discovered numerous negative reviews and testimonials online, confirming that the company engages in deceptive practices.Realizing I had fallen victim to a potential scam, I promptly contacted the company to cancel my enrollment, explaining that a new work assignment left me with insufficient time to dedicate to the courses. Despite my valid reason for cancellation, they insisted on not refunding my money, citing it as a non-refundable purchase.Given the unethical practices and the fact that I am a single mother trying to make ends meet, I find this situation distressing and unfair. Thankfully I didnt buy anything. But, Im concern about other people. This company calls me day and night non stop. They put a lot of pressure.They even send me the bill without even confirming that I wanted the service. ***************************** de las 10:00 pm despus de una conversacin telefnica con una asesora de ventas, sintindome algo presionada por ofrecerme un super precio de descuento slo si realizaba ese mismo da el pago del curso en el cual yo estaba interesada, result haciendo dos pagos cada uno por $300 USD para tener acceso por 12 meses al diplomado de ventas en Amazon de Smartbeemo. Se supona q solo iba a pagar $300 USD y los otros 300 financiados. Sin embargo, por un error realic el pago con dos tarjetas diferentes, a lo cual la asesora de ventas que me atendi, me dijo que no haba problema, q solicitaba el reembolso y solo demoraba unos das. Una vez hecho el pago me llam otra chica, muy atenta, dndome la bienvenida a la plataforma, me asign contrasea y usuario y con asombro dicindome que por haber pagado 600 USD le apareca que me ofrecan una super oferta y me daban acceso a todos los cursos que tenan en la plataforma, por un periodo de **************************** colgar, acced a la plataforma y de entrada me pareci muy simple y algo no me gust, me sent muy dudosa de lo que haba comprado y por el valor que haba pagado. As que me arrepent de la compra y decid escribir un correo al UNICO correo de soporte que apareca en la pagina. De hecho en ese momento me d cuenta que ni siquiera tenan area de servicio al cliente. Me asegur ******* en la pagina web la parte de Polticas de ******************** donde deca claramente: El Titular podr solicitar un reembolso por arrepentimiento de compra, el mismo da en el que completaste la transaccin, asimismo, tendr un mximo de 15 das para solicitar el reembolso del monto pagado por inconformidad de servicio o contenido.De esta manera proced a escribir un correo a ******************************** solicitando reembolso por arrepentimiento de compra. ****** en cuenta que esto fue aprox una hora despues de haber realizado la compra.Me respondieron el ***************************************** encargada, para revisar la solicitud y dar respuesta en 5 das hbiles. Luego otro correo pidindome detalles de mis razones, a lo cual respond que no **** nada ** que aclarar, pues slo me haba arrepentido de la compra y por eso solicit return menos de una hora despues de realizar el pago.Luego el 1 Marzo me respondieron lo siguiente: que despues de investigar y analizar el caso, ntendemos tu posicin, y desde la misin que tenemos de crear un mundo en el que todos los sueos de emprendimiento se hagan realidad, hemos decidido darte la opcion de escoger uno de los beneficios brindados en correos anteriores, ten presente que el tema de el reembolso en este momento no es una opcin.A lo cual respond que me pareca el colmo.Report al banco como fraude y despus de investigar, fallaron a favor de ellos.As que la sensacin que me queda es que me siento literalmente ROBADA, ESTAFADA. Y me parece un abuso lo que hacen. Quien sabe a cuantas personas no han robado as. De hecho espero que esto sirva para algo, porque solo he estado buscando como denunciarlos, y si tengo q recurrir a pagar un abogado (as me cueste mas de lo q me robaron), lo har. La empresa SMARTBEEMO ofreci un curso personalizado de Amazon en la clase introductoria se evidenci una concurrencia de casi 200 personas ante lo cual se caus inconformidad ya que obviamente 200 personas para 4 tutores jams se podra llamar personalizado, el da 31 de enero se envo un correo solitando el reembolso ya que el programa no cumpla con las expectativas, un mes despus no se tiene respuesta, la empresa borra los comentarios negativos que se le hacen en la plataforma de Instagram.Initial Complaint

Buenas tardes, el Viernes 7/22 solicit informacin a la empresa de Educacin en lnea Smartbeemo (e-commerce) por un curso de ventas en la plataforma de Amazon, para lo cual se comunic conmigo mediante una llamada va whatsapp, una de sus asesoras de ventas llamada *****************. En dicha llamada me ofrecieron la informacin correspondiente y una de mis preguntas puntuales fue la de poder ejecutar el curso con mi Id de la ciudad ya que no cuento con un nmero de Social, para lo cual la asesora en repetidas oportunidades me asegur poder tomar el curso. El 24 de julio *** 2022 realice la contratacin de sus servicios por $300.Transcurridas las clases me doy con la sorpresa que nicamente con mi nmero de Id No puedo ejecutar el plan, para lo que me comuniqu en muchas oportunidades va whatsapp (con la asesora) va chat interno en el mismo curso en lnea (con los tutores) y va redes sociales exponiendo mi caso. Muchas veces no respondieron habiendo **** los mensajes y otras tantas me decan que darn solucin a mi caso. Hoy ******* 28 ********* me ***** un mail dicindome que NO ME REEMBOLSARAN EL DINERO ya que es imposible segn las polticas de su empresa y que me ofrecen otro curso en lnea. Yo para que quisiera otro curso en lnea el cual no podr ejecutar por el mismo problema de documentos? Esto no tiene sentido ! I come to you for help because it is very frustrating to see how they make fun of one.On May 11, ************************ a video that advertised the learning courses to sell on Amazon and in the end a representative of Name ******* signed me up for a payment of $480 to learn through video, I opened my access with a password and tried that day and I saw a video, then I couldn't get into the portal anymore and also I couldn't get any phone number or how to communicate with them. They allege that they sent me some emails of which I could not find them nor did my representative who told me that he would be aware of my progress and would contact me, never did.By insisting, I was able to talk to a group that gives classes through them and they advised me to open smart beemo from ******** and fill out the application and when they called me there I could ask the assistant to answer, so I did and I managed to get ******* to call me and I asked him if he wanted to return the money to which he refused. Then I agreed to change my name to my son's, he asked me for the data and I sent it to him by email, and he agreed to call me, which did not happen and I felt cheated again.For this reason I ask you to intervene in this problem and help me return my money because I don't want anything else.Thank you very much for your attention and I await your information.Today I got a phone that belongs to the agents and it is ************* and the email ******************************** My transaction was made through Paypal and I spoke with them to claim the money.********************************* ************
