    Bought a watch from them that was listed at 10 atmospheres waterproof. (That's 330 feet deep, btw) Failed in a swimming pool at only two feet under water. This was after only having it for several weeks. I like the watch but it obviously was falsely advertised. I recommend staying away from this company.

    Zero stars.... actually, negative stars. They are a SCAM. Ordered the Commander and Zulu. Get a weird tracking number, that never tracks on ****. Reached out after a week,was told "Let us reach out to the warehouse". Then they ghosted me.

    This company is one big marketing scam. They sell junk products. Have no customer support. And require good reviews for a warranty. And if you leave bad reviews they delete and block you on social media

    Horrible horrible customer service. Order my watch for the blood pressure monitoring and weather. Both features do not work properly. Tried to email on the third day according to the return policy and never got a response. Now Im in the third week of trying to contact them and nothing. I see now why they dont have a phone number. Total waste of my money and time. I hate that the use the family business card and promote first responders. Im sure they have been screwed over. Wish I could have left no stars.

    These people are con merchants, scam artists. I ordered 2 pairs of tactical work trousers and they sent me 2 totally different pairs of trousers to the ones I ordered .they refused to let me send them back and refused a refund. ******************

    I recently purchased one of the Christmas packages for the holiday. I did not receive the correct watch. Alpha Gear would not send me the correct watch are allow me to return the watch that I received. I had to buy the watch I wanted which was the Raptor Pro. They did give me a 25% discount. Once I received the Alpha Pro. I fully charge it on day one. On day 7 I had to charge it a gain. This has been the normal process. The watch needs to be charged every week. It has never lasted the ************************************************** my opinion, Alpha Gear is a scam. There are other more legitimate companies out there that you should use to spend your hard-earned money on. I will not ever buy another product from this company.

    Beware, the watches are crap. I initially purchased a Raptor Pro that had to be replaced not even 1 month after purchase because it was defective then the replacement broke due to a defect in the products watch case. The company wanted me to pay $55.00 for a warranty replacement to be issued. Wow, pay them to give me a replacement watch for a watch that broke because of their crappy product. Customer service is a freaking joke. Don't spend your hard earned cash on this company's terrible product.

    I bought the rugged watch but liked the Bravo. When the rugged watch arrived I contacted Alpha via email and they sent me a return label via email. I sent the unopened watch back August *******, to this date Dec 23, 2024 I have yet to receive my watch. I have emailed them 10 times and no response. I have proof of purchase, the return label and all the emails. ***** this company if you are thinking about buying a watch.
