    Easy and quick shopping experience. High quality canvas and supplies. Tutorials are helpful. Warning warning this is as addictive as cross-stitch. Maybe more. That says a lot there. Amazing colors anyone would love. Can't wait to receive ***********. And this is easy easy easy!! Love it.

    Of the several different brands of diamond art kits I have completed Diamond Art Club has the best canvas and drill quality. I've never had any issues with products I've ordered from them. Drills have very few poor quality pieces included where other kits I've tried I throw away 20% of them due to imperfections. Canvas seems to unroll easier than any other brand and has superior adhesive properties. Whether you're looking to get into the hobby or have been involved in it for some time, DAC can't be beat!

    The best diamond painting company around! The quality of the canvases and drills are top notch, shipping is quick, and there are codes everywhere! You should never pay full price for your order because there are so many codes out there for 10-20% off. I only joined DAC in March and just received my 3rd order, to say I'm hooked is an understatement, lol. You will not be disappointed with these kits.

    Horrible customer service. I received the order with eight colors missing completely when I requested the colors they said that it would be only request they fulfill. Will come to find out the missing colors that were sent to me was not nearly enough to finish even a portion of the painting. When I emailed them stating that fact they said I would have to go elsewhere for the diamonds. How is it my fault as a customer the business failed to send an order complete with all the colors indicated on the website and then failed to send enough when they did correct their mistake.

    Started my 2nd diamond art from you. It's square beads and I was nervous but it's turning out beautifully!! I have so many more I will be purchasing in the near future! Love this club! Pics attached : left Pic bottom row done. Middle Pic is finished Pic and 3rd Pic is half done. Took me 3 1/2 months as the biggest I've done and 2nd time doing square diamonds. I'm on to another with square diamonds and moving much faster than this picture and the current Pic is 89 by 70 cm where betrayal was 70 by 70 cm! DAC is addicting and I keep going bigger paintings each time to push myself! The 'Artemisa" DP is next at 56 by 104cm!! With 91,286 beads. Will keep buying from you. Your canvases are 100% better than any other site I've tried. Clear symbols and super shiny beads! Your rewards program is awesome too!

    If you love to diamond paint, you need to use Diamond Art Club kits. Their canvases are the best I've found & so are their drills. I've tried the cheaper versions on Amazon but there is no comparison to DAC kits. DAC license their art work from the artists & have a wide selection of art so that everyone can find something they like. Each one has been a joy to receive!

    I wish I would have come here sooner to read some of the feedback. I supported this company with my whole heart, I didn't mind paying more because the quality was good and I respected that they paid the artists for their work. I have only seen praise for their customer service team, now I know why, they silence you if you dare to disagree or have a negative opinion. They go on their private VIP group and give away "points" which end up being similar to gift certificates just because they are in a good mood that day, which continues the façade that they have excellent customer service/customer relations. However, pull the curtain back a little and you will find a company that truly does not care about their customers and will bully and threaten you if you dare to disagree with them or express that you have had negative feedback. In my most recent dealing with their customer service team, they ultimately decided to "stick to their guns" about their "policy" instead of making a good-faith effort with someone who has spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars with them. I wanted to return an unopened painting that I accidentally purchased on two different occasions. I reached out as soon as I realized prior to my order being shipped and they expressed I could only return it once I received it. Unfortunately, life happens which they count on and I am outside of my 30 days to return it and they double-downed on not making an exception, they welcomed me to go ahead and return it but they would provide no credit, they would just resell it. I expressed my disappointment and expressed I would need to share this on social media, as soon as I mentioned that, they removed me from their private group and canceled my account. I also attempted to post a negative review where they emailed and basically said nice try, which only proves that even on their website they monitor negative feedback. It seems the only true reviews are where they can't moderate and suppress.

    Hi Caitlyn,

    You attempted to return a kit two and half months after you made your purchase, and our support team had explained to you this wasn't an option. Orders can only be returned within 30 days as per the return policy you had agreed to when purchasing on our website.

    You then decided to threaten us with posting on social media if we did not comply with your request; therefore, your rewards account was terminated as we do not tolerate this type of behavior and entitlement. 

    To address your last point, the review you wrote on our website was posted using a fake, non-valid email address as well as a fake name (just like this review). Reviews posted without clicking on the confirmation email are not posted on the site; therefore, your statement is false and defamatory. Negative reviews are easily found on our website by filtering from lowest to newest, yet, we are still rated 4.9/5 by 147,000+ customers: https://www.diamondartclub.com/pages/customer-reviews

    I know you want to spin your story in the best light possible. My issue wasn't "the policy" my issue was the way you handled things after I expressed my dissatisfaction. As seen in other negative reviews on the BBB you guys will cancel accounts and ban people therefore they cannot leave negative reviews. You can't have a valid email account to leave a review if you cancel everyone that disagrees with you. I think people have the right to know how a company treats people. I was not someone who spent 50 dollars a year at your business. I spent thousands in less than 2 years and have a right to express my opinion to my peers. If you really thought my complaints had no validity you wouldn't have black balled me and prevented me from sharing my concerns. My point was that your company willingly throws money away in the spirit of appearing to be a company thay cares about its supporters but in reality that's not the case. I did make a request outside of your policy and simply asked for a good faith effort which was refused. If you want to stick by a policy that's fine, but you know what you did was wrong or you wouldn't go to such extreme lengths to prevent me from sharing my experience. And yes I was cautious with my name because you have proven that you are bullies and have threatened to "take action" if I share my experiences. I don't need anything from you. I just want people to know what goes on behind the scenes.

    We're not trying to spin this in a positive light, but we're simply stating the facts and correcting the record publicly. 

    As you are well aware, we DO terminate accounts that violate our terms of service and/or are abusive to our team members. We go above and beyond for our customers as the reviews on here and everywhere else can attest. However, there will always be some unhappy customers, it is part of life. The simple truth is: we are rated 4.5 to 4.9/5 on almost every platform thanks to our unique product, generous rewards and excellent customer support. We do not suppress negative reviews even though you tried claiming otherwise.

    As for trying to "silence you", we simply reminded you that the law protects against libel and defamation when you threatened to post negative reviews. Your claim has no merit and your behavior in private was unacceptable and we will stand by it. We know we made the right decision as you immediately decided to take advantage of our community members "DAC Fans" by reselling your DAC kits for 4 to 5 times more than what you paid for them, while stating that you were just trying to recoup "what you paid" which is obviously false. This further discredits you. 

    Lastly, we serve thousands of customers every week and rarely get negative feedback, which is why it has been very easy to know this was coming from you, even though you've been using a fake name. We also understand this is somewhat of a game for you, as you've previously told us in private: "Every time you respond I will have a response right back. At least I know that I will continue to take up real estate in your inbox." therefore, this will be our last response on here as anyone reading this has enough common sense to understand that businesses such as ours do not block paying customers that keep the lights on unless it was well warranted. Our reputation can withstand your false and defamatory statements.

    As I mentioned before you do not allow people the opportunity to provide negative feedback because you cancel accounts when they do therefore erasing negative reviews. If you want to talk about defamatory I think you should be very careful accusing me of taking advantage of people, the group page said that there would be no price shaming in fact your admins stepped in and backed me acknowledging I was asking for standard payment, you don't know what I paid for some of those pieces; like many I had to source pieces outside of your website because you guys were forced to suddenly discontinue selling pieces because you were threatened by Disney for taking advantage of their branding. I also have the email where you invited me to resell my kits which I did, but once again y'all blackballed me on a Facebook group y'all don't own, it's pretty sad that a "successful company" would go to such lengths to harm an individual, but that's your culture. Again, you wouldn't go to such lengths to discredit me if you didn't believe my complaints have merit. If you truly believe what you try to spin you wouldn't even respond, everybody works hard but nobody works harder than the DAC back office. I have the same paper trail you do, I'm going to ask that you stop alleging that I am making defamatory statements when you are absolutely making defamatory statements about me, I have spoken facts just as you have. Just because you don't like the things I'm saying do not make them
    Defamatory as you agreed in email the last time you tried to throw that word around. I am sorry that you cannot control the BBB narrative as you attempted to do with deleting my account because you were afraid of public negative feedback.

    The product itself is great. Very Sparkly and a please to do. However... They have a VIP Group where they decide whether or not to allow your post on the site. That alone is fine to a degree, but if you even ask a question that may make them look poorly, they remove it. You put items in your cart to purchase and then enter your credit card info and then all of a sudden they are out of stock... but it was in my cart. Oh well was their response. Then I had a birthday and supposed to have birthday points given to me... but when my birthday passed, they said I didn't enter my Birthday info, but I know for a fact I did. and their response Oh Well, Then I spent the time to ask how to do a product review because I wanted to do them correctly. they told me to click on the product on the page and write a review from there. I did. I am still waiting on my points for doing this. I asked about why I didn't get my points and was told I had to use a link to write a review... but they didn't say that when I asked. Their response Oh Well. Product great, company not so much.
