    I purchased two pre-order products from this company back in October and received a confirmation stating that the products would be shipped around the first week of December. As of now I have not received anything. I have emailed the customer service department and I was told it would be shipped 12/20/24 then it moved to 12/27/24 but it hasnt shipped. I emailed them saying I wanted a full refund for my order and now they have gone silent and havent received a response from them.

    Currently, I received an email from my credit card stating that my price increased from the original price paid on the invoice. The company did not send me a notice of the change, but charged my card a ***** increase which now the total is $57.39 instead of *****.

    I purchased a swimsuit from **** on 10/1/2024 based on their size chart they provided. I selected a small because they said that should fit a 32 inch waist. I paid approximately $30. They arrived and were way too small. And then I found out they will not accept returns on those types of items. I've contacted their email customer service center twice and have received no response.

    I ordered board shorts off their website w/sizing based off their size chart. When product arrived I quickly tried them on (with clean undergarments), and the sizes were no where near what they showed - way too small. I emailed to ask about return, and they told me sales were final. I let them know I only received the product within the past hour, quickly "tried to put them on", and became apparent the sizes were not as advertised. They still would not allow a return even though their own size guidelines were not correct.

    Non delivery of products sold!!!! I received email stating delivery and no delivery was made. They charged my card emediatly. With no product delivered. Continued email of delivery dates with nothing.

    I placed an order with this company on November 6, 2022. I was charged $123.35. I never received any items. When I challenged it with Paypal they provided a fake tracking number which has never arrived and doesn't show any delivery. Because they provided a tracking number, Paypal closed the dispute.

    I have copied from the prior emails. I never received my order of a Ravens duffle bag. They lied stating I got it. The pkg was very small only a LB and it did not have the duffle bag.     I order a GIANTS nutcracker for my mom for Christmas. It arrived broken. I have been trying to contact the company since Christmas, they only have email addresses. I can not find any phone numbers. I have not received any responses. I spent ***** on this and I am very upset that I can not get a response from this company.
