1/1/25 I ordered a smart watch and the charging cable that goes with it. It cost $79.99 and $9.99 respectfully with a Discount the finished total was $71.98 I received at least some of the items around 1/11/25 and after trying the watch on (which required removing the plastic wrap that was on it I decided I didn't like the watch, so I reached out to this company to return the watch. They had a long list of how they'd like the watch to look upon return, IE with plastic wrap on the watch, original packaging etc or they would take money off my return which I was ok with. They gave me a P.O Box to send it to and it could only go via **** which I had to pay for. After seeing it had arrived, tracking # **** 6141 8231 5025 4155 22 we reached out to the company to know the status of the return and if the credit had been issued. At first I didn't have the tracking number but after finding the tracking number I reached out to them again with that info. We have contacted them several times about the return and refund with no response. I want as much of my money back as possible, which should be as close to the $71.98 as I paid for it. I purchased a smartwatch (10/3/24) that was advertised by LeCouture-Nova as having a blood pressure monitor. This was the sole reason I was buying it. Upon receipt I see that it does not. I contacted LeCouture, and after some back and forth, they admit the description was wrong and it does not have that capability. I contacted ****** since I went through them, but they closed the case. LeCouture has not acknowledge receipt of the package, so therefore, no refund. The tracking receipt/number was lost, so I'm relying on them to initiate the refund. **** tells me it was received by Tuesday, November 4th. I ordered a watched from them like a month ago and still haven't received it. They told me they were waiting for a new batch to come in. 2/11/23 I ordered Apple Watch Shock Resist Protection Stainless Steel *********** 1 Silver / 44mm. 2/11/23 I emailed support asking if I could change the shipping address. 2/13/23 at 8:08am I received a shipping notification email. Also on 2/13/23 at 9:07am (1 hour later) I received a reply from **** with support asking for the order number, which I provided on 2/13/23 at 1:20pm. 2/13/23 4:27pm tracking shows a label was created in ********************* (they advertise being located in South Beach, *******). 2/14/23 7:58am **** with support replies We appreciate your prompt response. Unfortunately, we can no longer change the address since the package has been shipped out. What you can do is to contact **** for them to reroute the package to the other address.. 2/19/23 6:23pm, I emailed support asking why my tracking showed that my order still had NOT been shipped. 2/20/23 8:42am my **** tracking shows arrived at shipping partner facility, **** awaiting item still in *********************. 2/20/23 9:05am I received a reply from **** with support stating, Sorry for the delay. Normally, orders are processed within 1-3 ***** Standard Shipping takes **** Days within ******* and ******. For other countries, shipping takes *****. The tracking will update soon, and you'll be notified through email as well. 2/20/23 7:07pm my **** shipping shows departed shipping partner facility, **** awaiting item and still in *********************. At this time, no further shipping has been updated per my tracking number provided. It is now 22 days since I ordered the item and have not received it. On Jan 8, 2023 I purchased 2 smart watches from the website for $199.98, under Order # ***** they said ships within 2 days . Three days later still no watches had shipped and I emailed requesting a cancellation. They refused , indicating it shipped. When I sent screenshots from the **** indicating that only the "label was created" they insisted it shipped and would not cancel. They insisted I had to wait until I received the package , and then send it back as per the instructions, and THEN they would issue me a refund. It FINALLY shipped Jan 17th ( which was too late ) , arrived on Jan 21, and on Jan 26, I sent it registered certified mail to the instructed address. The package has been SITTING in their PO Box since Jan 30th and I STILL have no refund and NO ONE is answering my emails!! I want my $199.98 refundedInitial Complaint

On 4 December 2022 I purchased Nova-Galaxy 4 Pro Smart Watch, Nova Galaxy Ban Strap, and Nova Charger Cable; cost paid total $109.97, from SP lecouture=Nov. As of this date 16 December 2022 I have not received these items. I received and e-mail from SP Lecouture-Nov on Dec 6, 22 indicating that one item was being shipped, the Nova Charger Cable. On 13 December 22, I sent Lecouture an e-mail that I have not received the Nova Charger Cable and have not heard when the 4 Pros Nova-Galaxy Smart Watch or Ban Strap was going to be sent. Lecouture-Nova replied by e-mail indicating the the items have be sent to one of their sister facilities, but **** has not been notified to pick the items. Here is the **** tracking number Lecouture gave me to track the items: **********************. Here is the Merchants information: SP Lecouturde-Nova 12/04 Customer ********d Items; Httpswww Leco Del, Merchant code: ****, On line ********: ** ******** cost $109.97, Order #*****. They will not furnish a telephone number. I have read some bad reviews about this Company and that they are a SCAM. I want them to send me every item that I have purchased from them all at the same time. They have already charged my bank account the cost of these items $109.97, the items have been paid for. I want you to tell them to send me my products which I have paid for. It should not have taken from the 4th of December to 16 December 22 and still not have the Nova watch, strap and charger.Initial Complaint

10/30/2022 and 10/31/2022 Ordered the wrong product (realized it was a women's not men's watch) and reordered the correct product. Emailed the business asking for a refund with no response. Called bank to cancel transaction after reading reviews about company being a scam. Bank says they cannot refund anything until payment is processed.
