I ordered an Oxiline blood pressure monitor because my doctor change my heart medication and wants me to track ** 3 times daily and to report the numbers to their portal to see if I need to immediately stop them I started the medication the day the ** monitor was arriving Instead of a ** monitor I received a scale I check my email confirmation and I did order the blood pressure monitor I have tried calling their phone number but no one ever answers I sent an email to call me no response I told them I needed my monitor overnighted as I have to watch my ** numbers closely on this new heart medicine No responseInitial Complaint

I ordered a scale from oxiline on January 30th, 2024 and paid expedited shipping. I have not received product as of May 13th. I sent an email in february and was told they were backed up and ordered would be sent promptly. I am still waiting and have received no other correspondence nor answers to my inquiries. Ordered glucometer 1/21/2023. Ship 2/2/24. Defective Inaccurate measurement. Returned for replacement. Same issues. Requested refund and return of glucometer. Shipped **** 3/7/2024. Arrived Oxiline 3/9/2024. Oxiline said tracking not found. Resolved after e-mail **** receipt a second time. On not hearing from Oxiline thought I may have changed my cc. This was not the case. It was a different account. SO CC has always been the same. Lae, .st e-mail received from oxiline indicated that it had been to long to refund, (after 1 couple of months working on this.) Also of note, is that I had to pay shipping to return a defective product if I wanted a refund. The gluco x pro was touted as the most accurate on the market. I compared to Accu-chek guide which was superior. Asked about control suggested in directions. None available. Said since digital not needed. False.Customer Answer

Issue has been resolved. Have received refund. Found it strange that I had to pay for return of device that did not work in order to get refund.

I ordered a Pulse XS Pro on April 8 which I have yet to receive although their web site claims Expedited Shipping to guarantee fast delivery Several requests to their support have yet to produce any assistance and after 2 weeks I have given up trying to get help from Oxiline. The tracking is a joke as it doesnt tell tou where it is or when it will be delivered. While they may have a decent product, their service and is a joke. It looks like my only option is to dispute the charge since no product has been forthcoming.Customer Answer

I accidentally placed an order for 2 ************** on January 15th, 2024. After I received them, I contacted the company about the return process and they replied with instructions. After following the instructions and sending out the extra item, which they received on February 1st, 2024 they never provided me with the promised refund. On 02/14/2024 I ordered a PRESSURE 9 PRO ** monitor total cost of $99.00 on line from Oxiline the manufacturer. On 02/24/2024 I received a model PRESSURE 10 PRO. This unit was returned to Oxiline on 03/01/24. A second wrong model PRESSURE 10 Pro was received on 03/12/2024. On 03/13/2024 I received an email from **** at customer service. He instructed me to wait for a new shipment to arrive of the PRESSURE 9 PRO model. I would then return the second wrong shipment and after return confirmation the correct Pressure 9 Pro unit would be shipped.On 04/01/2024 I requested a return label and a request for a purchase price refund because of length of delay and no further shipping updates. On 04/02/2024 I received an email message that stated it has been over 30 days and my order does not qualify for a refund. On 04/02/2024 I replied to the Oxiline email message stating the facts needed to be reviewed by Oxiline regarding why the refund time expiration does not apply to this purchase. I stated I have all the emails sent and received from Oxiline to substantiate all of the above dates.On 04/08/2024 I received a request from Oxiline for pictures of what I received and the shipping box label. I sent the requested pictures along with a statement that I will initiate a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter if there is no response from Oxiline by Friday April 12, 2024. On April 9th & 10th I sent final inquires asking if the pictures were received without a response.During the last two months I have been waiting for this order I noticed a pattern by Oxiline of apologies for the delays and order confusion. This is then followed with an offer to remedy the situation and ending with no further response or contact from Oxiline about the remedy.After realizing this was not a series of simple mistakes I looked at the history of this manufacturer on the BBB only to find this is common practice for this business.Customer Answer

They wrote it as though they were completely unaware of all the previous messages to them. It is just a game with them but I played along just the same. Currently, I am waiting for a return to my credit card they (Oxiline) stated they would credit.
Would you like me to inform you if I do receive credit? Oxiline has not acknowledged any BBB correspondence so I have no idea what influence BBB had on them but, my guess is there must have been some considering they did respond to me.

Much to my surprise the full refund of $99.00 was posted to my **** account yesterday May 8, 2024. This whole process took nearly 3 months and numerous repetitive messages to close out. Oxiline shipped the wrong item twice to me. I never did receive the correct unit originally ordered. Considering their customer support I have no further interest in purchasing one of their products no mater what their product ratings are.
What is so odd was why a business with such good product ratings has such poor customer relations. After reviewing some of their complaint history it was obvious this was not a one time incident, everything that transpired with me has occurred many times before.
I want to say thank you to the BBB and to you for help in obtaining a response and a final refund from this business. I have never before had a need to contact the BBB but, I feel they must have brought their influence to bear on this business with a positive outcome.

Hello, and thank you for your time and effort. On March 2, 2024, I purchased three items from Oxiline. The order number is ******. The amount paid by my FSA was $221.12. The items ordered are listed here:1. Pulse MD Pro (This is a professional grade pulse oximeter.) $119.00 2. Therma 9 Pro (This is a professional grade infrared thermometer.) $38.40 3. Pressure X ************ Cuff (This is a professional grade blood pressure cuff, standard size, which connects to a digital monitor with screen and multiple functions as to monitor a patient's heart rate, blood pressure, etc.) $119.00 These items were purchased on sale. The subtotal was $276.40. The discount was $55.28, and the total charged to our FSA was $221.12. Problem 1: Please read attached pdf - Gmail from March 11, 2024. I'm generally very patient, but after a month with no resolve or contact, and after reading others' challenges with this company, I decided contacting the BBB would be my best option at this point. Every time I try to call the Oxiline customer support phone number, my call is answered by a message machine which directs customers to inquire via email: **************************************************************. The customer support number provided on the website is **************. Neither phone calls, nor email, have provided me with contact to any type of customer service. Furthermore, it appears my last email was sent back to me with no additional information from "****** (Oxiline LLC)"? I'm not sure what that infers? Is the company closing? It's as if there is no one to facilitate customer support, but there sure was someone there willing to take my FSA money, haha.
