    Around 2018 I bought several large canvas' and was pleased with the price and quality. Knowing that I liked them, in 2021 my son bought me a gift certificate from CanvasOnSale. I finally used it this year (in California, gift certificates cannot legally have an expiration date). I was happy to see that COS had a promotion going so I ordered several large canvas' and used the promotional code to apply the discount. When I got to the payment screen there was no area to put my gift certificate code in to pay. I contacted the company they told me that I should enter my gift certificate code in the promotional code box. How do I add the promotional code if I do that? I don't. You can only use one code per order. So, I could use the promotional code to get the discount and then pay, from my own pocket, or I could use the gift certificate to pay and not get the discount. "But the gift certificate has already been paid for, it's the same as using any other form of payment", I argued. Again I was told that I could only use the promotional code box once. I wasn't happy, but one of the pictures was of my son's cat who had recently died so I really wanted it for him. I made the order, purchasing much smaller canvas', using the gift certificate without getting the discount. After paying, I saw that only $140 of my $150 gift certificate had been used. They charged me seperately for tax and shipping. Again I contacted them and was told that I couldn't use the gift certificate for tax and shipping. "But it's the same as any other form of payment" Nope, not happening AND you have to use the whole certificate at one time. You cannot use part now and part on another order later. As for the quality, having purchased before, I can honestly say that the quality has gone down. So much so, that I googled the company to see if it had recently sold.

    My canvas pictures came out great, best quality and fast shipping. I unexpectedly got mine in 3 days. I'll definitely ordered more, and I'll definitely recommend them.

    It came with my image cut off, the bottom part of my image was just missing. And it was dirty and had many paint marks on it.
