    I ordered the Twister Arm Trainer on March 9th. I got in contact with Smartsaker through email because I hadn't received a tracking no. When I decided to cancel the order due to the length of time. Coincidentally they replied with a tracking no and said it's on its way. So I waited additional days still nothing. Now that I want a 100% full refund. Thank you

    On February 23rd 2025, I purchased (2) self watering cat fountains. They were on sale at the time. When I placed the purchase, the money came from my account immediately, but I didnt receive a confirmation email. I thought it was weird, but decided to give it a few days. I gave it several days and then sent a note through their contact me about the issue. When I didnt hear back in a couple days, I sent another note through their contact me asking for a refund. At this point I was asking for a refund. I still am.

    Order a kids monster truck on January 25th tracking number doesn't work and no way to contact smartsaker My first time ordering from them so I want a refund.

    Ordered from ************************** and was not given any credit card receipt or order confirmation. Begged for several weeks to their customer service email for any information related to my order. I have tracking today which shows incorrect dates per my order and delivered to wrong location, I suspect this is a fraudulent business and will be filing a fraud dispute over credit card charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS FRAUDULENT. They claim to have a USA presence but that is unverifiable. Their products and their ownership are Chinese.

    In response to an advertisement on ********, I ordered a Saker multifunctional liftable mini table saw on December 10, 2024 (supposedly cheaper because of a Christmas discount) and my AmEx card was charged $132.99 that day. The order said that shipping takes between 6-16 days. On December 27, 2024 Nothing had come yet, so I emailed to see when I could expect its arrival. On December 31, 2024 a message came saying it had shipped. The tracking said it would arrive by evening of 01/06/2025, 27 days after I had ordered and money had left my account.Were they waiting for me to complain, hoping that I would forget? I also found the same item, at regular price, costing less than the discounted one.

    I.ordered a portable welder, 80 welding rods and welding gloves from this company. Received the confirmation email on 12/13/24, they had the order and had received payment . On 12/27/24 I received the gloves but nothing else. The website said the entire order had shipped and been delivered. I immediately emailed the company to let them know the order was not complete. I emailed 6 times with no response at all until this morning and that was an automated response that they received this mornings email.There is no phone # to this company.I went online to their automated help desk and was told I needed to pay 48$ to join Ask the Expert for them to look into where this is. The tracking # provided does not work at ****, *** or ***** websites, does not list the carrier either. I don't feel like I should be paying to have this company provide some customer service and find my delivery I have the emails order was received, payment received, order shipped and delivered and my emails notifying that there was no welder or rods and requesting assistance multiple.times

    I ordered the SAKER Automatic Pet Water Fountain on December 14. It entered an old yet wrong address without letting me enter the correct address. It has the street as "MDonald" even though I used to live at "********." I immediately, immediately emailed their customer service. They sent an autoreply, also on December 14. I sent a followup email on December 17. Nothing. It's up in the air whether I will get the package, since the address they used is wrong, and I can't get anyone to answer me.
