    In my opinion this company is a total scam.They have you jump thru hoops to return or exchange a pair of shoes to the point that you give ***** takes DRASTIC measures plus hours out of your days . I can't get any result. I quit! Don't have time for this. I will see if my bank can help me resolve this issue because it's purely a scam.

    I am having a similar problem now where i am trying to return shoes on line and they are taking $25 off the shoes when i paid 94 plus shipping, they are, according to their website, only refunding $77 back (who knows if i will even get the refund). Also no one responds to inquiries to even START a return by phone, or email or chat. no one picks up. I never have gotten a live human. I have called on 5 different days during business hours and it always says "no support agent is available" EVER. Def a rip off! also shipping takes forever from *****.

    I bought a pair of Vivaia kitten heels, which I wore to a wedding & loved! Then on 9/21 a second pair of red flats, which I subsequently ordered, arrived. They do not fit & I am trying to return them. There is no paperwork with the order. I phoned them 3 ************ said they would send a return label. Then today, I went online & was told that I missed the 30 day return policy! This is very unfair!!

    I spent $100 and learned my ****** NOT to TRUST click bait ever again. Vivaia is preditory. I purchased shoes and processed a return. I accepted store credit and purchased a second pair (size smaller - different style as first shoe was too large and ugly when I received it). One cannot process a return without engaging the **** who take a minimum of 24 hours to respond - during business hours. It is virtually (on line) impossible for me to process a return. All communication is automated. PLEASE SEE THE OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS. This company is terrible.

    Spent almost $400 on three pairs of shoes. After waiting weeks to receive them, got an email stating my items were undeliverable. I've never had issues with delivery at my home. This company is a FRAUD. Beware.

    Please be careful using this website. I purchased and returned three pair of shoes because they did not fit. I contacted the company regarding the return and they sent me a shipping label and instructions on calling them when I dropped the package to the post office. After many attempts I still have not received a refund.

    I bought $160 boots. I was given a coupon and bought $140 boots instead. I have not been refunded the $20. Once you pay for something it is very hard to get a refund. They only want you to exchange.

    I never received an invoice but received the shoes in the wrong size and because I dont have an invoice I cannot exchange them I tried numerous times contacting them in different mediums including social and nothing worked. I paid $125 for those shoes Thanks
