  West Tech Shipping company are scammers. You will never lay eyes on your shipment again. Worst Shipping company ever. I spoke to the owner ****** ****-Baptise personally. He wasn't helpful at all. bec I'm not a Caribbean customer which he said is their priority. That's a lie as well. There are people from ********* who gave bad reviews. Because they never received their shippment as well.Don't spend your hard earn money with West Tech Shipping.

  Costumers please beware!!! Do not use this company to ship internationally. I shipped two packages for a relative. One from Amazon and the other from fashion nova. It has been two weeks since they received the packages and they are not forwarding it.When I finally tried to contact them, big red flag, their number does not even work. They have done that so they can take advantage of people by stealing packages.The packages all show delivered and was picked up by west Tec but they are claiming they dont have my other package.They stole one of the packages which contained clothing items.Please please!!! Stay away from West Tec at all cost.They are nothing but THIEVES

  Worst Company ever and theyve made it s that noone is able to contact a human directly to resolve an issue. these people shipped my item to another island and will tell me that there is noway that they can get it out the island that it is being held at customs in Dominica but in the same breath will tell me that if i want it shipped to me in st lucia the most they can do is give me a discount in getting it here. make it make sense. they have terrible customer service. and care only for their pockets. go to another shipping company people.

  This company is horrible, they are damaging product venders, such as myself ship to them in the process of the shipping overseas, and WE the seller never agree to overseas shipping, but this company uses a US address for over seas clients, with no responsibility for their poor packaging and handling

  I would not even give West Tech a 1 star rating. Against my better judgment, I decided to use West Tech after my last experience with them was most unsatisfactory due to their tardiness and lackadaisical manner. The same thing happened. It took more than a month, and only after my personal visit to the ******* ********** to get my package, of which quite naturally I was beginning to think had gone astray. After a month of the package being shipped to ********, they had not cleared it with customs where they supposedly visit every day nor made the custom "entry". Twice the chat blamed the delay on customs. A week after I paid the duty, I still did not receive the package. The first follow-up inquiry revealed that the package was cleared but it could not be found at the ******* ********** The second follow-up by me personally revealed that it was not cleared. A few hours after this, an email indicated that it was ready for collection.
