      ECUAORLANDOUSA sold me a vacation package for $899 and then ask me for $399 more, which I paid. A vacation package that include stays in *******, *****, a cruise to ******* and one week in ******************. I called them, emailed and talked and never received my money back. These scammers must be stopped. I expect you to help me. Iam 71 years old.

      I recieved a call that I won a stay thru a ******** raffle. Your agent stated That I only had to pay the resort fee and luggage if I had any. I went to the presentation required and when I got the voucher is nothing like she said. I asked her like ******************************************************** any other hidden fee she clearly said NO. Only the hotel fees per night that are usually around $20-$40. The voucher given to me says I have to pay almost $400 in order to activate the voucher!! So I called her and explained to her and even sent her a picture! She said someone from customer service will call me back to in around 2 days to solve this problem because it was too much what was stated in the voucher. So after a week NOBODY CALLED. I called her back and guess what... SHE IS NOT RESPONDING. I have her phone number which is ************. I would like to a manager or someone in charge to help resolve this problem and give me what was promise. Also I have previous chat screenshot of our conversatio s.
