1 starThis company I wouldnt recommend to anyone I tried to purchase some tickets from them and it basically made reservations because you have to wait for them to email you your e tickets which was suppose to be within 4 hrs I never received them and they told me that since it was a promotion with the ticket that I couldnt take a carry on or a checked bag which I found that to be strange and on top of that the agent was very rude because I wouldnt let him sale me some tickets for a 1000 dollars when I made a reservation for tickets that were 178 a piece on top of that now Im on standby and have to wait for spirit to confirm the tickets smh it was just a bunch of c*** because I read the note that said you can cancel your reservation if ticket sales price increases now its the next day and I still havent heard back from them bad third party business for spirit airlines and any other airline associated with this companyReview fromIvy Kristy A

1 starMoney catcher. Tried to book it online cause its cheap but when they call they say its non refundable ticket and no cancellation fee. I wanted to cancel it but they wont let me cancel it cause I already purchased the ticket. Its not even an hour yet of trying to cancel my ticket because check in and carry on luggage are not included thats why theyre cheap. What a scam.Review fromAbe P

1 starDitto to what everyone had said below. Thankfully I was not the one who booked/paid for the flight, just trying to help out my brother with his flight. I called to clarify the departure/return information and the guy told me that the flight was now fully booked and that we needed to book a different flight - which would cost extra. Also no refund/calculation, no carryon or checked luggage, and no confirmation info for the flight itself so it seems like a total scam. Moral of the story - go direct with the airline.Review fromsteve C

1 starTo whom it may concern on Wednesday March 20, 2024 Fareporto, called to confirmed my flight I agreed to the terms of the flight, at the promotional rate for the total price $295.54. Then two days later *********************** calls me that the promotional no longer available, and that the new price is $628.76. I told no I did not want the rate or that flight. I told him just to cancel, the flight. He said that he would cancel the transaction, but the the $295.54 would not be refunded. I said how can that be, if there are the ones who cannot fulfill the request. We went back a fourth just arguing, giving me the run around. Then became very rude. At the end I told him, I was not interested on the new price. He was going to cancel the transaction but was going to charge my card the $295.54. I locked my credit card before this can happen and got a message from capitol one that is was blocked. I just want to report how Fare Portal does there business practices and want people to know how *********************** attitude was and not having a manager talked to me.Review fromWilliam B

1 starThe company is a scam, I tried to make reservation online and got a call from an agent who start Giving me many restrictions, which was not stated when I made the reservation, I asked to cancel Since I was given the wrong information, I was told I can't cancel even the call was made 1/2 hour After, still no charge on my credit card, which I canceled Any advice ?Review fromwendy Y.

1 starThis is totally ***** company. The guy contacted me second day after l booked a ticket, then l got informed that its a none refundable, none cancellation policy, no personal items, no baggage, no carryons policy ticket. If l want to carry a baggage, l have to pay extra 400dollors, after that, they kept me stay on line for hours, actually total 3 hours withholding time . then they said they need issue a e- ticket for me, but l still need to wait and need provide legal documents with personal picture on it, email to them. So strange, l got alerted and call the airline company, there is no any my information for ticket received. I have to contact credit card company to cancel transaction too. You can re... -***** ******** can u pls call me back I'm available now. -***** ******** it would be nice to chat and figure out why your agents are telling me I don't have a flight anymore but payment has been posted and the airline ha... -***** ******** to ******, bookings Mr White I never did receive a response to my prior email sent on Feb 28th. anyways Mr ***** it is with regret that I say I've never seen such poor quality customer service. after booking with your company I did not receive my e-ticket and after 4 calls over 2 days trying to aquire it I was told all 4 times my ticket was unavailable as the flight booked was no longer available. then was told I would have to upgrade and pay a higher price 3rd call was told have to verbally agree to stand by or forfeit my ticket cost as it was non refundable. 4th call I informed the agent that I called delta directly myself and delta stated that there were plenty of available seats on both flights and it was delta who emailed me my e-tickets. on top of that when I informed the booking agent at your company/FAREPORTO that she was giving me incorrect information still it was maintained I wasn't getting an e-ticket email from FAREPORTO as flight wasn't available anymore and when I asked out of frustration why I was being told the wrong information and that delta had already sent me my e-ticket I was still told not available anymore and hung up on. Mr ***** all the calls were recorded as per the automated warning and was also asked on live call to verbally confirm FAREPORTO regulations and fees still zero help from anyone in any department. 1 starAfter booking my flight I got a call from them telling me that I wouldn't be able to fly economy like I booked, but instead was being booked on a lower form of economy that didn't include a carry on unless I paid them extra fees. I was told that united airlines had a no cancelation policy and would charge my account no matter what and the call was just a courtesy. So I called united directly and was told that they had no record of any booking in my name. United told me that I was likely getting scammed. I ended up calling my bank and canceling my card before any money could be taken out. Luckily I dodged a bullet. I wouldn't even click on their website if I were you.Review fromLacey E

1 starThis site is a complete scam. Booked my ticket then they called me stating that all this cheap tickets were sold out and I had to go on stand by. Yup, Nope I came unglued. The man proceeded to tell me that my ticket was going to be $600 but could put my $300 towards it. Another NOPE!!! So I said cancel. Yeah you dont get a refund which is c*** considering I had to be on stand by. I could go on and on about this site.DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THEM. Their site is complete ****.No refund, no carry on, no personal item, if you do take something has to be less than 3lbs,
