    I booked a flight from ** to my home in MI through the Travoport online booking. After purchasing the ticket for $136 I was informed by *** ****** that in order to get a seat and the luggage checked in I would have to pay an additional $166. When I explained that other travel sites had better rates, *** ****** when on to offer me another rate of $275 on another day. Not 10 minutes into our call the ticket price went up to $321. *** ****** kept reminding me that *************** had already charged my credit card the $136.29 and I would lose my money if I didn't continue with the reservation I made. My booking Reference # is BKN8UP. I proceed to call *************** and spoke to *** *** who eased my anxiety that they had not charged my credit card the $136.29. In fact, *** *** advised me that Travoport had not purchased any ticket on my behalf. The ticket was for my brother-in-law leaving from PR to visit my husband. *** ****** continue to call me from ************* harassing me by indicating that I would lose my money. I called my ******************* and advised them if they receive a charge of $136.29 I was not agreeing to it. I suffered great stress during this transaction. The paperwork I printed, which I reviewed with *** ****** did not state the ticket I bought was a promotional ticket and that I would have to pay extra for a seat and my luggage. *** ****** insisted I will be charged the $136.29

    I booked emergency last minute tickets from ******** to ********** to say good bye to a dying relative who wasnt going to make it through the night. I found these tickets and booked them with the understanding that I would be departing on the first flight in the am. I got an email address few hours later stating that there was an issue. I immediately tried calling the "24/7" customer service number which doesn't work. I googled the phone number, connected with a guy I couldn't understand, then got put on hold for 18 minutes, spoke to someone else who told me that the only thing I could do to get a flight was to pay an additional $900 on top of the 785 i already paid. Being upset, I just hung up and called the airlines direct, paid another $1450 for the same exact flights.

    This site offers discount rates for flights. I found a round-trip flight earlier today and it cost me $440. The site calls me a few hours later to confirm the booking. From there, they tell me that there are restrictions with this booking, one of which is that baggage is not allowed. I explained that my flight is for 3 days, so of course I'll need baggage. The site charged me over $200 more in order to book me a flight that will allow baggage. Once they found one, I was charged $665 total for the booking, instead of the initial $440 that I found originally.

    On march 13th i booked a flight through travoport from ********** to ******* ******* for ******. They sent me a flight itinerary from ****************** and said they would contact me to confirm the reservation. They never called me back i had to call them. They stated i couldnt bring any bag with me but i couldn't cancel my reservation either. They also stated that the back end of my trip was confirmed but the front end i would have to be on standby. They never stated any of this on their site. Travoport is a scam

    I booked a flight for 3 friends and I. At 10:00 at night someone named *** called and left a voicemail. I spoke to them the following day and was informed that the tickets I bought werent what they were advertised as and that I would need to pay more to actually get the tickets I wanted. I called them out on their fraud and that was that. Then *** calls and explains the situation and that hes going to help. Seemed like less of a scam. Gave them another $400 and was told Id get my tickets in 45 minutes. Ive gotten nothing. This company is a fraud and its employees are aware of it.

    I booked a plane flight with Travoport as they advertised a flight from *********** ** to *********** for $188.28 on March 23rd-- I booked the ticket and got an email confirming my flight and the receipt and what I paid. They next day I get a call from a Indian women and she said I booked a flight from *********** to ******** but the flight wasn't confirmed. I said ok she said I couldn't get that flight I said what U was sent confirmation and was charged, she said the ticket I purchase was a stand by ticket and it didnt say that on line and it didn't say that in any small print, she then said my ticket was a promotional ticket, she said I could only fly out on March 25th or march 26th. So now I am being told I cant fly out on the day date and time I paid for and was sent confirmation in an email. She said I could get that exact flight if I pay $230 more dollars. Its a scam they are scamming people and there are complaints all over the internet about how they have don't this to people all over they are for sure running a real scam and no one is doing anything. I hung up and called them back and here is what I was told I either pay more money for an airline ticket or they were gonna just keep my money and I get no plane flight what so ever.. I had to pay more money $239.00 and I had to choose a day and date and flight I don't need I for real got ripped off. Can someone get this company not only off the internet but close then down. the files are of the first ticket I purchased and then they sent me an email saying there was a problem with my booking with a special confirmation code then the other files are of the ticket they may me pay more money for, they refused to just give me my money back, and when I said I agreed to do the stand by ticket the first one I supposedly purchase they didn't have any flights or dates I could fly on its a scam,, its a scam

    I purchased 3 tickets for a total of $1,174.87 through Travoport with an agent by the name of ****** ****** on May 1st for a trip going to ******* ****** on July 30th 2024 - August 5th 2024. My confirmation number OPCNTX and ID number ***** flying with Westjet. The day of my flight leaving from *****************************************, once at the airport I discovered with my family the flight was not listed and no Westjet agents at the ticket counter. My flight number WS1119, departure time 23:25, Tuesday July 30th to ******* ****** and return to ********* 20:00, Monday August 5th. I called Travoport and they said the flights was cancelled and we would have to pay $1000 per person to rebook. I said no and requested a refund which I have an email stating I will receive in August 2024. I contacted Travoport multiple times but false promises were stated every time. I still havent received my refund. Can you please help resolve this issue.

    On 2/28/25 I purchased on line at travoport website an airline ticket advertised for $183. I never received a confirmation. I called the following day and learned that the ticket I purchased was a standby ticket. The type of ticket was not advertised along with the price on their website. The **** service agent told me that all frequent flyer know that cheaper tickets are never guaranteed flightsThey dont refund. I had so spend an additional 250 dollars to guarantee my sons flight. False advertisement and fraudulent.

    This ticketing company advertises via comparefare trying to lure you via low prices After you buy they dont issue E tickets in few hours then they call you or you call them why no info from them , then the Scam startsAs many reviews they try extortion customers Via their ticket not confirmed if you want need to pay more , you can call the airline (airline is not responsible coz is not booked by them)Then they bill you some amount but no Email For what was billed , no ticket ..,,And the billing issued as ***************** Not saying Travoport This Scam too
