    I placed an order on the website and then immediately tried to cancel it when I realized that the product was dry dog food and not wet dog food. I called their main number and spoke with a representative who said he could not cancel the order (even though it was still showing as unfulfilled and was JUST placed 2 minutes prior and that he could not give me a refund. This is ridiculous. What a ****. They take your money very easily but do not want to give it back.
