Beware of this company! I have two stars from prompt services and customer service agents are responsive BUT their services are questionable. Most rental properties require a Licensed Mental Health Provider to perform your assessment and determine if you meet the requirements for a ESA. This is also stated on the HUD/Fair Housing website. The paperwork Dr. Walsh completed was denied by my rental property and Support Pets do not want to honor a refund for their false advertisement. There are legitimate companies out there. I wish I had done further research on this company. Since their website mentioned fair housing and HUD approved, I thought they were legit.

Price quoted was $112. Bank statement showed$ 134 plus an unknown charge for$87. No explanation only ordered the landlord letter. Tried to contact them with NO success takes you to a third party who say they'll get back to you but don't. Buyer beware.Support Pets, LLC
