            Support pets website is almost unusable. They have no customer service I can call and talk to. I received an email that my account was set for auto renew and I promptly tried to cancel online. I forgot my password and the password reset does not send an email to reset the password to my email. When I follow the steps to cancel my auto payment, it says my account was deactivated and I wouldn't be charged, and a few days later I was still charged. This business is absolutely terrible. I am basically having to replace my credit card to get them to not charge me because even after multiple attempts to cancel my account and a success message, when I log back in to check the status it always reverts to my auto payment being a year from now. Do not mess with this joke of a business.
