I renewed my documents on 7/31/24, it's now 8/7/24 and I still do not have them. I kept getting responses of "technical issues" "being sent to supervisor" and still nothing. I mentioned I needed these back for travel and to renew my lease. I also bought the upgraded package because the first time was great with no issues at all. I normally don't like to leave bad reviews but when you are in a desperate situation and they still don't help, even after you paid, that's just terrible.Review from Payton M

On 3-25-24 I filled out a form to get qualified for my **** I purchased it through Support Pets due to the fact it was rated highly from BBB. The cost was ******. I recieved the letter. My landlord called to verify. My name and dog's number didn't coincide. I am requesting a full refund. I am unable to contact any person. It all leads to deadends. It was on my grandmothers debit card.Review from Betty E

I am waiting for my ****** pet deposit to be reimbursed. Also the 50 dollars per month has been removed. VERY thankful and Happy for that. I am hoping next time I fly. ******* will be able to sit on my lap and not under the seat in his carrier under the seat in front of me. Very happy. I only wish that the halter sent to me was a small not a medium. Poppers is a maltipoo and weighs 11 pounds.Thank you again. *************************Support Pets, LLC Response
