      I place an order at 7pm, around 8:20pm I received notification the order was delivered. I called the store who calls was going to the call center 3 different representative could reach the store. I was on two phones on hold for approximately 2 hrs. I finally got ahold of the store manager name ****** who told me that the driver had 5 orders and to deliver and when he delivers the first order it makes all orders as being delivered and the driver should be here in 5 to 10 mins. 45 minutes later no pizza. I called back spoke with ****** again. He said" he didn't deliver your order" I told him no. He then called the driver back and the driver told him he delivered it. ****** informed me that this has been an ongoing problem with this person. He asked what I wanted to do. I told him I want the pizza, he told me I would have it in 25 min. I had to call again as the pizza was not delivered in 20. The gentleman who answered the phone told me ****** was no longer there in a very rude tone. I explained the situation and was told the driver had just left. I did receive the pizza at 11 pm. ****** was very polite and really try hard to resolve the problem. However, I feel this could have been handled a little better. The driver needs some training or something and the gentleman who answered need some training in customer service. Think twice about ordering at this location
