  I paid $8000 for mommy makeover scheduled 4/4/24. $1000 is non-refundable. I cancelled the procedure due to the many many complaints and post op wound infections. I have asked for my $7000 to be sent back 2 times now. The first time I was transferred several times and then when told lady why I was calling she said she would get a manager and hung up on me. The second time I was told I was put on the refund list and it would take ***** days for refund. I asked for email and name of the manager so I could send a letter to them and did not get a correct email address. Please, do your research prior to sending this company money. I am willing to get a lawyer involved if I do not get my refund in 2 weeks.

  On 7/6/23 I paid a ****** deposit . ****** was really nice. She sold me on the fact that a doctor would be able to perform surgery on me on a Saturday so I said OK let me pay my deposit. Then on 9/19/23 I paid ******* .and on 9/22/23 I paid 461. After that I selected a date only to find out that doctors no longer perform surgery on a Saturday.So I inconvenience myself and selected a Wednesday date just to get several calls saying that the doc can only do 4 surgeries that day can I reschedule ? I told them no I can't.Completed the blood work only to find out that t My hemoglobin was at a 11 so I asked if I can still have the surgery it may be a little off because my cycle came on that day ? I was told yes the doc need you to come in. I did my post up the same day as my surgery scheduled day. When Dr ** Came in he greeted me very nicely. I asked him how he was he said OK I'm I done 4 surgeries already ( the way he said it as if he's tired) so I asked if he was tired he said no so he asked me my weight calculated my BMI he said your bmi is 38 you need to lose weight. I'd I do your surgery it's going to look like I didn't do anything and your going still look the same I said it's OK I want to move forward with it he Said but your obese my work won't look good. He said you need to take a pill name lipocide it's for diabetes it'll make you loose weight. I said doc I still want the surgery he said I'm sorry I know you don't want to hear it but loose weight come back to me when your 200 pounds then I could do your surgery and walked out. I never felt so big and small at the same time so I left. I requested my money back because the doc made me feel very uncomfortable and I didn't trust him with performing just to be told that I'll get **** back instead of the ****. I'm not moving forward because of the way the doc belittle me and I'm not healthy enough I want all of my money I did not sign anything stating i don't get it if I don't I will take you to small claims

  They scamming. They charge me a security deposit of a thousand dollars and refuse to refund it. I did everything they asked even though they didnt tell me I had to come up with a bunch of labs and test results after they took my money. Poor communication. Terrible attitude someone actually screamed at me like a drill sergeant. They canceled the day before for information they had prior to me flying out ther. All the emails I sent to confirm they said the doctor never saw it. They took my deposit knowing they had no attention in doing the surgery big scam!!

  Horrible communication, bad doctors and a lot of problems with the employee attitude in ****** reviews are so bad. Be carful with this people. Horrible experience. Medical experience horrible.
