I paid $10,500 to CG Gables Cosmetic for a procedure started on 11/25/2020 but then I canceled my surgery it wasn't a problem because their policy is we keep $1000 for all ******************** receive my refund within 30 days of the cancellation which never happened until last week that I only received $7500. I'm calling sending emails and can't get a respond from anyone so I need help to get the rest of my money.Business response

Hi Ms. ****** sorry for the inconvenience, you paid $10500 we refunded $7500, the $2500 pending for refund are $1000 non refundable and $1500 is for the charge processed in November 2020 through the merchant company we don't longer use. Please copy of the credit card info you need to dispute is attached, call your credit card company and please specify the transaction date and the amount $1500.

It's not my problem if a coordinator ,her assistant nor the person in billing department no longer works for this company there's a supervisor or someone responsible for standing by the company's policy in making sure the client's receive there refund by all means.The refund wasn't done in a right time statement by the companies policy so I can't take up that matter with my bank because it's my debit card not a credit card issue plus it was more than 60 days that I got my money even though I called & texted(************************* ) emailed billing department I was told by both parties to wait on billing department when ever they got to my case. Here are my documents...according to the Dr and procedure that I want the price went up so ***************** was the last Dr chosen and as much as I kept asking for my receipt I kept getting it's no problem he's being covered under the same ******************* that wasn't sitting right with me that's when I decided to cancel my procedure because I felt something wasn't right.

Date of transaction: 7/1/2021 Business Information: ** Cosmetics *****, ***********************************************************, ******************************: Hiraildes ***** Dispute: creating and charging an account under my name with Alphaeon Cosmetics-Comenity ************ On 7 /1/2021, Hiraildes ***** from CG Cosmetic had contacted me for a consultation for services with **************. She offered a 24 month interest free financing option for which she took my information for approval. She notified me of the approval and that I can book my surgery date of 9/7/2021. The following day I received a call from another representative from CG Cosmetic for a consultation. I told her I had already spoken to a consultant and inquired about my previously processed information. She told me to follow up with the consultant that initiated the process. The office never responded to my messages or emails. Now I received an open account for $5500 with no services rendered.Business response

My name is ******************* had a scheduled plastic surgery for the 30th of July 2021, the day of surgery, I went to the surgery room ready for surgery once the doctor walked in he examined me and did a few circles on my stomach and continue to tell me do I wish to wake up after this surgery. He then states, he cannot do my bbl because I need to lose 10 pounds or I won't wake up. That's when I stated I wanted to speak to my counselor/ coordinator, she comes in and tells me ***************** isn't going to do but I can have ***************** do my surgery for the next day. Which I was ok with. it the next day July 31st I went to the other facility to have surgery with ******************. Once I arrived and finally bought to the back I was sat down with the dr and was told he refused to do my surgery due to me having sickle cell trait . Which I understood his concern and opt out. Attached his ***************** physician report with his signature. I'm just looking for a full refund including deposit fee.Business response

Spoke w/ ****** @ C&G Cosmetic Center on June 7, 2021 while in ***** to inquire about an Adominalplasty. I was quoted $5500.00 and quranteed I would have my ** before the week was out. Tuesday June 8th I paid the entire $5500. through my ************ debit card. Later that day went to office f/ preop appointment paid an additional $400. for testing .The ** was aware as w/ ALL health personnel that I saw that day that I smoked cigarettes, it is written on application as well as ** re-wrote it. No one never mentioned to me that I couldn't get my procedure because I smoke. Thursday I came in 7am f/ my ** only to be told my by Surgeon he would not perform ** because I smoke. When requesting my money back I was told they keep the $1000. down payment if ** was canceled on my behalf and it may take up to 30 days for my refund. I DID NOT cancel the ** nor did I make a deposit. Requested refund on June 23, 2021. Spoke w/ accounting several times gave me different dates and NO REFUND YETBusiness response

Hello Ms. ******* we canceled your surgery because you did not follow our instructions, patient safety is our number one priority.
If you hadn't smoked, the surgery would have been done. Each cancellation causes us great expenses because for its cancellation we have to pay anesthesia, assistants, nurses and other medical staff who are already ready for your surgery.
The refund takes up to 30 business day ( no count saturday and sunday) we still are under contract for refund. You should receive your $4000 soon.Customer response

No one informed be about if I smoke cigarettes that I could NOT get the Surgery. I wrote that I smoked cigarettes on my initial application that was emailed to me. Also, during my preop visit the Nurse Practioner wrote it on her notes as well after we discussed that I was cleared for Surgery, nor did she say anything about it interfering with my Surgery because she (NP) is who cleared me for my Abdominalplasty. I HAVE HER REPORT IN HAND AS WELL. Let's not forget my surgery was paid in full ($5500) and scheduled within 3 DAYS, so I NEVER put down a deposit.I went through several members of your staff and was NEVER told there would be a reason to CX my surgery, so therefore, I followed ALL instructions that I was given. It' s well over 30 days and as of this day August 2nd I still haven't received my money back in which due to the circumstances I should be given a FULL REFUND.

I scheduled a surgery for breast augmentation set for 7/29/21. I paid them $2000 of the $4000 owed however had to cancel 5/17/21 for personal reasons. I was advised I would receive a refund within 30 days or cancellation per the contract. It is now 7/23/21 and I still have yet to be refunded my money.I have emailed several times and they keep responding saying they will refund me and have not.Business response

The merchant kept telling me I would receive a refund and never provided it which led me to file a dispute with the bank. Now they are saying that since I filed a dispute they will not be issuing a refund that they already legally should have provided in the time allowed per the contract.

THE CONTRACT I SIGNED SAID I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND WITHIN 30 BUSINESS DAYS FROM REQUESTED CANCELLATION DATE WHICH WAS 5/17/21 THE CLAIM DISPUTE DATE WAS AFTER THAT TIME. YOUR COMPANY BROKE THAT CONTRACT AGREEMENT AND IS THEREFORE NULL AND VOID.IM ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND.Business response

Patient filed a dispute with her Bank. Patient was explained that when they file a dispute with their Bank its out of our hands. Our accounting department responds to the dispute and the ************ has the final decision. Patient should contact her Bank .Business response
