    Hey I requested to have a refund cause my grand daughter have to have surgery the month of my surgery the request was approved on 07/20/2023 they told me that I would be charged a $750 cancellation fee okay cool they also told me I had to wait 35 business days why idk but cool as well her it is now my 38 business day I was told that I would get a email when my money would be sent out in a check still no email no calls nothing Ive been nothing but patient with these ppl the way way they took that $750 I want my money my check should have been processed the next. Day I call them leave message emails still nobody can tell me nothing when I ask to speak to the refund department oh now yall cant transfer me yall can only relay the message but when I first put in the request the manager of the refund department was contacting me then idk bout nothing else I just want my money I had to move next week its gonna mess me up cause I was looking forward to that money also was in a car accident this makes no sense why am I chasing them for my money last time I called Friday the lady said oh they say u on the list on the list for what send my money

    My doctor that I was booked with moved to a different facility and I requested a refund in April and was told it was on the way several times. After they told me my refund was in route I would receive on 7/5 it never came I called they told me it would be investigated after 30 days I would receive it and nothing Ive been calling and emailing and no response . I just want my money back they also took a thousand for cancellation which my dr moved and funds couldnt go to the new place that he is at

    I requested a refund an have yet to receive it. Every time I call or email they give me the run around. Its been about 4 or 5 months since I requested for the refund, out of **** bucks they only say I get back ****** an I didnt sign no agreement for nun an they wont even send me the 350. Im not the only one complaining about the same thing. This is very unprofessional a wrong!!!!!!!

    I Paid **** for an BBL procedure , on June 5 2023 i requested a refund that was approved with 1000$ refund fee. The refund approved amount was *****. On Aug 7 They advised me that the check would be sent out to my address of *****************************************************. *********************** which is the only person that works in the business refund department sent me a fake receipt that had the date of 1/1/2000. As of Today , Aug 22,2023 I Haven't Received anything. This Company has a history of not sending back customers a refund. From the ****** reviews to the ******** groups. I Would Like My Refund Back that i paid to the company.

    My complaint comes with not receiving my refund in 35 days as the contract clearly states. I went in to have a procedure done on 6/13/23 it was cancelled. I initiated a refund on same day however didn't get processed until 6-19/23 give or take so 6/19/23-630/23 is 10 days I didn't count the first week of July being it was a holiday. 7/10/23-7/31/23 is 16 days 8/1/23-8/16/23 is 12 days. It is now 38 days and I excluded an entire week for the holiday and I have yet to receive my refund. I notified Dr. * on his personal I* page and he told me it takes 90 days. I don't think so when you have a legal and binding contract that says 35 days. Not 36 days 37 days or 38 days if anything it should be 35 days or less. Dr * is amazing so I want to make it clear it is no reflection on him. I have a chain of emails from *** * and the staff showing all the correspondence but wasn't able to upload them to this file. I am disgusted with the fact that you ****** funds from patients/potential clients account in 2.5 seconds but take you sweet time refunding it back. I did absolutely nothing to jeopardized my surgery Dr. * cancelled it because I didn't have enough fat to lipo so again no fault of mine. I am due a refund of $5900.00 and I am sick and tired of all the back and forth. This place makes that on a single surgery and I know you do more than one surgery a day! Having to wait in excess for your funds and given the run around when its time to give funds back is a disservice to all and you have unlawful and dishonest and deceitful practices. I am starting here but I will file a legal complaint if needed

    I don't know where a refund was sent but I did not and have not received a refund. I did not pay for my procedure with a credit card it came off of debit card ending ****. There is and have not been any funds deposited into my account as of 8/17/2023 I checked. So there is no resolution to this on my part or that I agree to until they can provide me proof of where funds were sent because I  have not and did not get them!

    Refund request not received over 4 months of calling and being told a date in which since has passed. When contacting the facility CSR will not put a Supervisor or Manager on the line. Only 1 person answers every call and she changes her name from ***** to *******. I could not obtain a **************** contact number and when asked for the refund department was advised it is closed for the remainder of the week! This company is stealing from customers and giving them the run around when requesting a refund but ironically when making the initial deposit it came out of my account immediately! This is unacceptable and I demand my entire deposit amount back now because not only did they not approve full amount and took $750 cancellation fee but now I'm going through h*** and high water to get the rest which is a $150 refund! This company needs to be shut down and a class act lawsuit filed immediately! Please hear our pleas for help because this is ridiculous as a company how criminal they are.

    This is part of why I'm submitting complaint this company keeps stating they sent. Check. Then it went from sent a check to now it's processing and will arrive...and I have been given multiple dates for 4 months now. I finally had the bills **** for this company say in month of Aug now it's under investigation. And they have added another months wait. I have been given the complete run around for months.Unfortunatley they are telling you a check was sent just to avoid the situation. Please believe me when I say. No check has been sent to me. Whole reason for me contacting BBB. Thank you

    Still no check received from this business. Keep sending irrelevant information. One moment check was issued and mailed now all of a sudden once BBB has reached out it's under investigation and check is now on hold. I just want my money that is owed to me from these people it's going on over 6 months since I have requested this.

    I'm sorry but how many times does a check need to be stopped & resent? For over 6 months I have been run around by these people! Can they just tell the truth that they keep the money for themselves and it's never going to be sent to the actual owner! I'm tired of contact this company & complaining to BBB for $150 dollars as if it's $150.000. This is absolutely ridiculous!

    I scheduled surgery with this place a year ago with a doctor who recently left. I originally paid ***** with them to get the cosmetic procedure. I found out through a ************** that my doctor had left the surgery center 2 weeks before I was to fly out I got contact with Body Aesthetic in February to inform them I wanted a refund because my doctor had left. They were trying to push me on other doctors I had no clue of and just wanted a refund because I was going to go to the place my doctor had went to. I reschedule surgery at a different place for June ********************************************************** a check by then. I still to this day have not received my refund of ***** and I have called these people **** near everyday about it and all they keep saying is they mailed the check out and start some stupid investigation and get no resolution on my end at all not even a refund check I requested back in February. O just want my refund of ***** please.

    No I do not agree with the business response at all. I am not understanding why am I being sent a check of **** dollars and My full refund should be in the amount of **** Here I have attached the refund request from the business of ****. I originally sent them ****. **** of that was towards a cancellation fee, and the 500 was sent months ago for over payment. So the check should be ***** dollars.

    I cancel services per the company's policy and requested a refund in December 2022. I was told that the refund would take ***** days. It is now June and I still do not have my refund. The coordinator refuses to return emails or phone calls. I cannot speak with anyone but her according to the operator.

    NEW If I could leave O stars for Body Aesthetic Center I would! I have been given nothing but the run around in regards to my refund being sent by mail that I requested almost 4 months ago. I literally paid these ppl with my debit card and it took less than 4 minutes for it to process but when you request your refund back they state that it takes 35 business days plus an additional ***** business days to receive it from the disbursement department. I was then told that I would receive my check in the mail by June 6th which is way pass the time frame I was supposed to receive it. I call back every day to ask to speak with *********************** and she never returns my calls or answers my emails. I just contacted the BBB and now Im going to post A review on almost every review form and warn others about doing business with companies like this. This is absolutely insane. I am literally going to be taking legal action to get my money and possibly more. They already kept $750 dollars of the money they supposed to refund me and still wont send my money. The *** ***** of this company needs to have a better process of how they run things and treat their potential clients. Im gonna get everyone together that hasnt received their payment so that we can do A class action lawsuit. Thats almost everyone on this forum thats filed A complaint which is embarrassing! No matter what they respond, I have not received any check by mail that I can verify.

    Even though it took A long time and I had to take several actions to get things resolved with getting my money back that was owed to me. They finally had the money deposited into my account.

    Placed down payment on surgical procedure for a certain doctor. I made payments on surgical procedure and was notified the surgeon of my choice was no longer employed at facility. Which was a breach in contract. Enquirer about a full refund and was told a full refund was not an option and I would have to choose another surgeon in this office. The office name also changed and I was not comfortable choosing another surgeon in the office after researching. I then was informed of cancellation policy and offered a partial refund to be mailed to my current address. I had already paid a total of $1500 and was offered a $600 refund. After contacting the office several time I was informed the check was in the mail as of May 8, 2023. I contacted the facility several times after and have not received refund check in the mail. I contacted the business again on June 6, 2023 informed them of my complaint and was promised a return call. I have not received return call nor refund check.
