    Although my surgery was great and the preop nurses were all lovely people the accounting **** is a different story. I paid for **** and gave them the form by hand to **** and emailed and it was due a certain date. They did not complete the form and kept my 150. I sent an email requesting my refund and they have the nerve to email me saying the form was completed and mailed to me and then attached a bogus incomplete form with a fake date which mind you was not the form I provided and it was even passed the due date. My form was specific to my employer. Now they sent me an email that they will not refund me my money. So you decide to keep my 150 and did not deliver the service. They are criminals and will rip you off. Since 150 is what will make you rich that's fine. But I will let every one know the accounting people are rip offs. My PCP ended up completing a new fmla for me.

    I was supposed to have a procedure there and they told me I needed to get a clearance from my primary doctor and cardiologist which I had done and the day before the procedure they told me because of my age they cannot do the procedure. I had already paid this business $5520 about 2 months ago I was told I would get my money back, but *** made multiple phone calls emails and texts and they dont return my call or text or phone.

    I had surgery 3/20/24 I had to be brought to the er 3/26/24. When I came for a follow up in your facility on 3/21/24. We requested a **** I was given 2liters of fluid some d50 and some zofran. No one ever gave me the *** to check my hemoglobin even though I told you I fainted in your parking lot. On 3/22/24 I got 2 liters of fluid as well. I paid for massages which I never received. Having 14 pounds of skin removed is pretty extensive. Well upon arrival to the er yesterday my hemoglobin was 7. On preop my hemoglobin was 14. My blood pressure was 70/30. I have received a total of 4 units of blood as of now and 2 vials of albumin. My blood pressure is still only 90/40. Im looking at needing more. Upon my arrival home I immediately started the lymphatic drainage massages that you guys recommended. I have done everything asked of me. The follow up care is less than sub standard and in fact quite dangerous. Also When I went into the operating room there was still a suction canister full of lipo materials from the previous patient. The anesthesiologist even confirmed thats what it was. I had to ask that it be removed before starting my procedure. The anesthesiologist asked the tech to remove it. Thats an infection control problem. I have made multiple attempts to contact the office, **** the chief of operations, and the medical director and have received no response from anyone at moon aesthetics. I am on my second day admitted in a hospital with cellulitis of the breast and abdomen.I hope to receive a response from you.

    I too have fallen victim to their Deposit Scam. I was told I had to put down a ******** deposit for my girlfriend at the time. I have not signed any paperwork. I am no longer with my girlfriend. I requested my deposit be returned . They told me it was non-refundable and that it can sit there for three years to be used. I am a 56 year old male who will never use this service. They stole ******** from me and I am going to File theft charges as well as file a lawsuit against this company. These guys are a huge Scam and not ethical.

    Deeply Disappointed: Lack of Communication and Unprofessional Experience My decision to write this review is driven by my frustration and exhaustion with ****'s complete lack of communication, particularly concerning my expenses report/itemized bill, which remains unresolved two month post-op. The charges incurred do not align with the services/items the acquired.I have made numerous attempts to reach out to the *** **** through emails and messages, even enlisting the help of the staff to forward my inquiries to him. Regrettably, I have received no response, despite the importance of this information for me. During my stay in *****, I tried to address this concern with **** in person, but he continuously cited his busy schedule, redirecting me to email him or call him on his personal cell instead. This lack of responsiveness and accountability has left me feeling disregarded and devalued as a patient.Moreover, my experience with Moon has been plagued with alarming mismanagement and disorganization. From the beginning, appointment dates were mixed up, causing unnecessary absence from work and anxiety. To add to my distress, the clinic switched my surgeon unexpectedly, within one hour after I paid in full. While I do not blame the surgeon, this abrupt change reflects a concerning lack of foresight and proper planning in the clinic's management. "Patients that have payed in full are top priority"- this is a false statement made by Moon Aesthetics & Medical Office LLC.

    I highly do not recommend this place !!!!!! They are using other surgeons pictures acting as if it’s their work. When you arrive to the appointment the doctor that you picked will not be there and they will assign you to any doctor. If you ask for the anesthesiologist name they will get upset with you!! Do not risk your life with this place!!! BIGGEST DEPOSIT THEIF IN MIAMI!!! Horrible Place!!!!!!!

    This company is a fraud. Please beware. Their goal is to take your money and not provide services. I scheduled service and canceled because I just didn't get a good feeling about them based on communication or lack thereof. Things weren't being done properly and professionally. I could never get anyone on the phone unless I was paying a payment. I was told my initial deposit of $250 was non-refundable but wasn't told that any other payment after that was as well. I paid a payment weeks later of $1000. I was trying to book lodging and kept looking up the company on several GPS apps. The company wouldn't come up. This was the final suspicion for me; therefore, I contacted my surgery coordinator and she tried telling me my money was good for 3 years. When I told her I still wanted a refund she provided me with the email for the accounting ***** Within seconds I received an email asking me to sign the receipt for my $1000 with an insert at the bottom saying my money was nonrefundable. I refused to sign the receipt and now my surgery coordinator nor the accounting **** won't respond to my requests or any email.

    If it had zero stars thats what theyd get. First off when I was trying to get a procedure done, they took my $500 almost a year ago. Ive been trying to reach someone to refund my money back because they arent trying to book me for my procedure and theres no communication. So the coordinator finally called me and now they went up on the price for the procedure instead of giving me the promotion price from last year and it went up by $3000. I just want my money back because theyre not holding up their end of the bargain. Im attempting to get me a lawyer and take them to court.

    . I am in the same boat with these people. I scheduled a service, and cancelled because of lack of communication. I spoke with their manager of service assessment ********* that said she was sending over my refund on 3/8/2022. She advised it would be ***** days for a return. I proceeded to check back in within 60 days, to find out what was the next step. ********* never responded. Even though in her long email she apologized and said she would be the one to contact and would give me updates. I then was contacted by someone advertising another special they were having I told her i would not reschedule until i got my money back which is 2500.00(in total **** but deducting 500 no refundable deposit). She told me she was going to speak with her manager and ensure this was taken care of she said she would continue to follow up with me weekly. Guess what she is now not responding. Called accounting 3 weeks ago woman told me she's working on a project call her at 2pm. Called at 201 no response. Called again she took down my name and said she would call me back. Still nothing, called AGAIN spoke with sales and of course you can always get someone in sales she proceeded to try to get me to book with her and not understand i want MY money back. She then tells me , she will let her manager know and told me she will help me. It has been well over 90 days excluding their weekends and holidays and no one has emailed me or called me nor has my money been returned. These people are horrible. Why would I want you to cut into my body when you cant communicate. No one is ever on the same page and know whats going on . Its sick and they could care less. I just want my money back!
