I've made a down payment of $1000 w/Care Coordinator ******, and ****** ( they seem not to give the correct names) and set a tentative surgery date for (Dec 24) for a Tummy tuck, lipo 360, w/ fat transfer. I also made another payment of $500. Due to unforeseen circumstances (death of my Mother, and educational attendance constraints), I called back to modify my surgical needs (2023 )to "Lipo 360 procedure only". The Care Coordinator: who called herself ****** told me not to worry and that they understand things happen to continue to make payments and she'll make the requested changes. ****** reassured me that all of my payments would be applied to the new procedure which would lower the cost to ***** for the Lipo 360 w/inner thighs and that they were giving me free inner thigh Lipo as a part of their promotion. After eulogizing my Mother I called and made another Payment via cash app for $200. After settling my Mother's affairs, I was ready to confirm my surgery date and the remaining balance to satisfy the amount, only to be told ****** doesn't work here anymore (no notice again x4), I asked who's taking over her Pt, and they put me on an extended hold. I was taken off hold I was told ******** was taking over now, I asked ******** what my remaining balance was to make the payment, but she didn't give me the clear numbers, from that day to this one I've been getting the runaround. Promises of being called back with accurate information to no avail. I have to hound them down. They've sent a text saying ******** will call. last I spoke w/******** she was rude /unemphatic. I requested a refund she said the finance team would call me back the next day to send the refund, when asked who was going to call, she replied OH, I DON'T KNOW IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO KNOW, "****", OH NO, I'M UNSURE, I DON'T KNOW THEIR NAMES, SHE WILL CALL YOU TOMORROW TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND, I'LL CALL YOU. No one called a text saying your refund will take up to 60 days w/ a bogus number came. HELP!Customer response

Please regard the receipt and last quote sent to me that doesn't reflect my payments .
Someone from My Cosmetic office suggested they'd call me, however they never call , I received a random text .

I requested for a refund due to the facility not responding to me about my procedure. They are saying someone by customer service manager will contact me inregards to matter. They never called I've called and contacted them several times and have been to facility. I no longer live down there and they are being an inconvenience. ***** and ******** was suppose to contact me. They have put me on hold for hours at a time and then disconnect the call. I would just like for my money to be refunded so I can go an get procedure done. They don't want to perform procedure and is giving the run around for my refundBusiness response

Regarding Complaint ********, a refund of $3,500 was issued to the client on June 5, 2024. The receipt is attached. The client has spoken with the surgical coordinator and agreed to use the remaining $1,000 as a deposit for future procedures.Customer response

I didn't agree with the company to have future procedure done. I asked for a full refund in which the attachment of my receipt shows how they tried to scratch out the $1000 and says it doesn't exist. I gave the coordinator my new bank information to deposit funds in. She told me she was unable to due to it not being the same bank account it came from. I would just like my money back. There is no written agreement between the two stating to use my other fund of $1000 . The company is untrustworthy and very unprofessional. Covid happened and I've been very patient with company. I no longer live down there and it is very inconvenience too me. I just wish to get all my money in return please and thank youBusiness response

I decided to start a complain because I've been trying to get a refund since December 2023 and unfortunately I haven't even receive a phone call from the refund department yet. Even though my coordinator has been in contact with me, she talks to them and they never call me back like they tell her they will do. I had a surgery scheduled for Sept 13 with ***************. He Canceled the appointment 2 days before the surgery after having me paid for a second revision from a primary doctor. Even though the primary doctor said it was ok for me to have the surgery and send *************** the release that he requested he still cancel the surgery. Which was ok with me at that moment because I understand safety goes first. But I have to mention this cost me almost $3,000 on lost due to the short notice because I couldn't cancel the reservation i had made for the week I needed to stay in ***** and the airplane tickets. On December I contacted my coordinator to request a refund and 4 months after I'm still waiting. They keep telling her that they will call me and they never do.Business response

I do an cirugia on sep 18 but the doctor **** refuses to do it because he recommends something else,so the cirugia is canceled, I try to collect my money back and they said maybe takes 2 months to get it back, right now pass over 3 month and still no body calls to at least said we refund you money or something but ,nothing i call several times and every time i call they said some one call you back,so sad no body calls,i want my money backBusiness response

My Cosmetic Surgery is entirely willing and fully ready to return ************************ funds. However, ******************** has communicated to our ******** Services representatives that he filed for bankruptcy, so we are unable to do the refund to the card he used to pay. Following our financial advisors'indications, we requested communication from the bank or bankruptcy documents as proof that his accounts are closed, and we are waiting for him to provide it. As soon as he sends the above-mentioned information, his refund will be processed.Customer response

I planing to do a surgery on sep 20 2023 around 6 months ago,the doctor refused to do it,and he recommended something else,we not get a deal,i pay on front the all the amount to the surgery,the clinic said the money take around 1 month the refunded later said 2 months later said 3 months well is passing 6 months by now,last time they ask for a letter where said the account is closed,to refund the money well is here,now lets see what excuse have Refund my money,i try to upload the copy of the letter form the bank if not upload i can send a picture to any number the ask

I paid $500.00 on 04/22/2023, as a deposit for a cosmetic surgery that I wanted to have at their location. I was told that the deposit is refundable if the surgery doesnt take place.I canceled the surgery a month before it was supposed to be done, for serious health issues. Its been 3 months since the cancellation and they are not giving me the money back. I have called multiple times and I have messaged the person who was handling my case (Anaris) to no avail. The customer service representatives take my messages but no one is calling me back. Someone named ***** from customer service spoke with me **/14/***** said that she was going to talk to her manager to put the money back into my credit card yesterday. Nothing happened. I need your assistance please. For My Cosmetic Surgery at **** ********* #**. *****. **. *****. Telephone number ************ to give me my money back. They told me that they will keep ****** for administrative expenses and that they will give me ****** back but its not happening. They are gaslighting me. Its an unacceptable business behavior. On April 20, 2023 I went to a free cosmetic evaluation to this place and I paid $1,000.00 (as a deposit) to reserve a future cosmetic procedure. On October 19, I called the clinic coordinator to let them know that I will not be able to perform the procedure (due to other medical conditions) and that I want my money back. They told me that they will be going to call me back to complete the Transaction. I have been called on several occasions and they still told me that they will be going to call me back (AND THEY NEVER CALL BACK). Today, November 14, 2023, called them again (11:29am), almost a month ago, a lady (******) told me that she will referrer my information to the refund department ONE MORE TIME and that NOW IT COULD TAKE UP TO 45 days to make a refund!!!!! Really!!!!! I am very upset with this situation, I just want my money back ASAP. The payment was performed with a debit/credit **** card ending #**** and the reference number is (*********). I will appreciated all of your help in this situation.Business response

I placed a down payment if 1, ****** for a procedure. On July 19, 2023, I requested a refund to be processed and was told it would take 45 days in order to process same. I placed many calls throughout this time in order to obtain status on said refund with no response. I was finally able to speak to an employee by the name of *************************** on September 15, 2023 , who advised there was an issue with their system , but advised that the refund was now being processed. The employee confirmed my Name and Account information and advised that it would take 7 business days for the refund to process. Today is September 29th ***** ( 45 ****. days from original request and 10 ****. days from my last interaction with employee ) and the refund has yet to be processed. After several Messages and phone calls I was able to speak to an employee who refused to identify themselves, who advised me that because the system was broken the refund was still not processed and to please wait an additional 7 days. This business record keeping and customer interaction is fraudulent.Business response

Paid deposit for cosmetic surgery, called to reschedule appointment with more than 30 days notice, decided to cancel the appointment. I was told I would be refunded in full for my deposit, but I never received the refund. I have attempted to contact the office, billing ***************** anyone I can find, but no one has been able to process my refund. It has now been over 3 months since I have been attempting to contact them to receive the refunded deposit as promised, and no one has been able to help me and I have not received the refund.Business response
