In August 2022 i putted a deposit of $1000 on this company whos known as My Cosmetic Surgery(this is the companys DBA). All based on ****** recommendation who told me that this was a good option for me since I wasnt sure of doing the procedure of not. She said that per company policy my deposit was going to be hold for a year and I could cancel anytime if I decided not to continue with the procedure. In November 2022 I decided not to continue and tried contacting **** who is my surgeons assistant as they told me she was going to be in charge of everything related to me. After that she told me it could be possible but that my refund amount was going to be $900 since they charge $100 cancelation fee. I agreed with no problem since I know and respect every company had their own policies. At that time the lady told me I was going to receive my refund within 30 days. I said ok. In January 2023 I tried contacting **** but with no success. I needed them to know that I was still waiting my refund. So I decided to contact ***** and she got someone to contact me which was great. At that point I still had faith. Even though their treatment to me had changed. It is March ******************************************** that office. **** always tells me she is on vacations, ***** never responds and their office just told me that someone will contact me back within 48 to 72 hrs again. I am very frustrated and tired. I have no time to deal with this or to drive almost 4 hrs to get their office. I am not willing to fight I just need them to return my money as easy and fast as they received it. I hope this helps to show how this company dont follow their own policies. It is their policy and they use that to get people to put deposits down. So they should know cancelations will happen and they should be as efficient when doing cancelations and refunds as they are when selling services and getting people to pay deposits.Business response
