  New Life Plastic Surgery is a killing ground, you may not make it out alive or you may end up with slaughtered nerves after you go in to have a 360 lipo BBL as I did, where this pain is an ongoing battle field, day in and day ****** and the women that passed away at the hand of Dr ******* we were all used as Guinea pigs, this main studies was hands, not thee entirety of the full anatomy. So beware, or die, or have slaughtered nerves damage.

  I made my reservation for my surgery for 12/19/2024, I made my deposit of $ 500 and I was paying it little by little until the date, a total of $ 1000 additional. Due to health reasons I cannot have the surgery and I called the clinic to cancel it and they told me that in addition to my deposit, the money I have paid up to now will not be returned to me either. They mistreated me on the phone, they disrespected me and said atrocities to me. Later a girl named ******** contacted me to apologize and to tell me not to worry that they were going to refund my money and that they were not going to charge me any fees since I had been mistreated by a girl from their office and they were going to contact the returns department to tell me how the entire process and the refund would be. Well, that department called me and told me the exact opposite, that what they could do was keep all of my money for 2 years and that if the 2 years went by and I didnt have the surgery, I would lose the deposit but the other $1000 would be returned to me. This clinic, in addition to stealing our money, is playing games and mistreating the patient. I feel disappointed, mistreated, humiliated and scammed. I want my money back, as ******** told me that they would return it to me without having to pay a fee. Please, I am in a complicated situation and I want my money back.

  I was to have a upper and lower blepharoplasty, they used regular stitching and all they did was put scars on my face!! The assistant taking the stitches out cut some of the eye skin/meat. And left some stitches in my skin for show. They also did an arm lift, now I look like a body builder. Not what I wanted!! They suctioned none of the fat from my arm, now I have a pinched nerves.

  This has been the worst experience. I was not informed that the MD that was to perform my surgery had passed away. The communication is horrible. I live in a different state and they did not advise me that I needed to be in ** prior to my surgery. Which caused my surgery date to be moved. I had booked my flight this prior to receiving this information. The staff is not helpful. Based on my past and current interactions I made the decision to cancel my surgery. I'm being advised that I will be charged $3000. Im being told that I am being charged for the time of the MD ,the anesthesiologist and the OR. I did not receive my time for surgery. They are claiming it is written in my contract. I asked for a copy and have not received anything. They are withholding my payment.

  i was schedule for surgery October 9th. Sad to say but Dr. ****** died, they never informed me and to change doctors requested an additional $250 because the other surgeon was higher. They tried to get me a new quote however to take advantage of the new promotion i would have to pay $250 depsit and forfeit the deposit that I already paid!!! THIS IS INSANE!!!! All they want is to take people money!!! Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!

  New lives plastic surgery is inhumane. they treat their patients as kettles. I had breast reduction with implants and shortly after formed necrosis. I lost my left areola and ****** because of lack of communication from the surgeon and hes coordination team. they dont answer your phone calls and dont respond to your text messages. these people needs to be shut down.

  Id advise anyone trying to get surgery with new life plastic surgery to not go there its an issue getting a refund due to health issues. In the contract it states you should be refunded if you have any medical issues they are unprofessional are stating that I should get surgery there in 3 month or if not they will charge me a fee of ***** after i paid in full and extra at the client these people are a scam beware I will be seeking legal representation.

  Do not advise anyone to get surgery here!! Had a scheduling for Thursday. They moved up my appointment with out asking me if I was available knowing I was flying in to have it done. Then threaten me with a fee if I didnt make at the time of the reschedule. Once there out of 15 employees only 2 spoke English. Appointment was at 1 I arrived early to do paperwork. Had me waiting till 3 for paper work then had me wait in a room no tv, just a chair in a paper robe for roughly 5 hours. I was the last person they got to when I should have been earlier then that cause I only had to get 1 surgery done. Then to top it off they try to charge me 2 times for the meds and testing I had to pay for when I got there which should have been included in my payments. They let me leave in shambles. I even ask to speak to someone about the other surgery I put a down payment for. No one has got in touch with me. I do not want to get my BBL from this place cause they are completely unprofessional. They have attitudes cant speak English and do not know how to treat their patients. I request to speak to a someone about my other surgery and still not heard from them its been 2 days and no call back. I want my deposit back and will be looking somewhere else for next surgery.
