  Unique asthetic has not refunded back my ***** they owe and has created a false receipt showing it was refunded back to my debit card however I have my bank statements proving I never received my refund and a fake receipt they sent me they also said chase sent it back and then they sent it back to chase showing its a refund however my bank has no record of that

  This place is ridiculous! I requested a refund from August 25th, 2023 and in my contract it says theyll take $1000 cancellation fee and itll take 35 business days for me to get back my refund. Its now November 30th, 2023 and its now DECEMBER! Also, were almost touching **** and Ive yet to receive my refund! Ive been calling nonstop to speak with the billing department and Ive been getting the go-around. Meaning, shes with a patient right now, Ill leave a message for her and shell get back to you. Now Im calling and the phone is either disconnected or you blocked my number! They had no problems sending multiple emails talking about if you dont pay, well cancel or push back your date but when it comes to my refund yall taking forever! *************** you need to fix your business because this is very disappointing! I also have proof of evidence that Ive been calling constantly, messages that Ive sent and also my contract! At this point ** getting a lawyer involved!!!

  This place is very unprofessional and full of lies. I requested a refund in June of 2023 and was told it takes 35 days for the refund to process. It is now Sept 2023 and I'm still getting the run around about my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. They screen every single call and lie every day about the refunds department being closed. Everytime someone does call back, they have nothing to say except someone will call you in the morning. That morning never comes. I'm fed up and frustrated with the. I've referred several people because Dr. ******'s work is amazing, but his staff and policies are bogus.

  I feel that they are very unprofessional dishonest. I havent received my refund its been past the ************************************************************** Im getting the runaround no ones never there. I requested $10,000. I havent received that yet. The worst part about it I explain to the refund department that my bank account was closed. I provided them with a ************ I document. And they still sent $5500 to a bank account that I no longer have. I havent received the money they havent sent me a receipt with a tracking number their policy is bogus because in the policy it states from the time you request your money, thats when your 35 day start but instead they be out for weeks, so your time stop when youre not at work but the policy doesnt state that if were not at work your time stop thats a breach of contract the have so many excuses Im going to **** unique aesthetics for everything whoevers on here thats having the same problem. You need to be reaching out to me because we all need to do some serious, researching, and finding a lawyer together. We need a lawyer, that dose disputes in refunds Im going to write stuff on every post that they have starting today on Instagram whatever social media platform that they have I will get it in the light of others to see do not ever ever ever mess with this surgical place I dont even feel safe having surgery here because they do not comply. They will give you the runaround. Do not trust this company. We need to get this place shut down. And my phone number is area code I can be found on on their Instagram platform because Im getting this b**** shut down for playing with my money. It is so simple I shouldnt even have to go to this.

  I still have not received my r refund and it has been past the ***** business day. Its been another week. I been calling every day spoke to someone once but I keep getting the run around from the reps and still havent heard from the refund department on whether my money has been released. As *********************** told me it was pending and she was going to put in a ticket for the money to be released but according to the reps its still pending and its been a week. On their end not my bank. I still havent talked to anybody. They are scamming and taking people money. If you have any underlying medical conditions they will cancel on you and take your money. Dont even book. The prices sound nice but having to go through this turmoil to get your money back is ridiculous. I wouldnt waste your time.

  I had a pre-op appointment on May 10 and Surgery on May 11. The doctor didn't even show up to the pre-op. I never have met him nor spoke on the phone. The staff was horrible, never returning my calls and yelling at me on the phone. This process should be enjoyable. How about the fact the office said he didn't have a death on his record? When you go on real self it specifically states that a woman with the username "islandbutterfly" died of a BBL under ****************. I paid in full for my procedure and now they are trying to save half of the amount I paid. This company is a joke and is strictly a money grab. After asking around and going through the internet, it seems **************** botches more people than those that leave happy. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PUPPY MILL!

  Unique Aesthetic Center strives to provide world class customer service and care to our patients throughout their surgical journey.  We have been notified that the following patients who've experienced post surgical complications did not have surgery at our center but indeed another facility we were renting last year due to our facilities closure for center renovations. Since the reopening of our office in January 2023, we have not encountered any issues. We want to inform you that all instruments previously used have been discarded and brand new instruments have been provided. Our team has been working hand in hand with our risk manager to implement further steps to our sanitization and sterilization protocol to prevent this from happening again. **************** and his team empathize with all women affected by this and will continue to assist them post operative to ensure a speedy recovery.

  PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY. There has been a mycobacterium infection outbreak at this clinic. There are quite a few females that have been hospitalized after receiving a BBL from ********************************. It is not worth your life to have any procedure done at his hands. Check the yelp reviews and pictures as I can not post pictures on this platform. Do it before he pays yelp to take them down.

  I was charged 5,500 for a breast reduction by Dr. ******. I put a payment of $750 down on a MCG portal. One month later, her then coordinator reached out to me to tell me she moved to unique aesthetics. I paid $3,750 through my credit card, and $1,000 from my bank account. 2 days before surgery, her coordinator reached out to tell me Dr ****** up & quit. She resigned and they have no idea where she is. They told me that I could have surgery from one of the other drs. I declined because I wasn’t impressed with their work. They told me they would refund $4,500 and would have to keep $1,000 because I was canceling. I said, “NO, I didn’t cancel SHE CANCELLED the day she walked out!” You can’t make me have surgery with someone else. Dr ****** is who I booked with, not the others. My credit card company was able to retrieve $3,750. I’m still owed $1,750. Please get my money back. Thank you
