      I have filed a complaint with ************************ I have tried to get resolution, Still my money was stolen ***** dollars that I had paid. I cancelled way ahead of schedule. I was not cleared for surgery from my heart doctor and **** from Xiluet said that I should have gone to their doctor that he would have cleared me! It is my health, This people only want money they have no care about peoples health or wellbeing!

      DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I booked 3 days ago and due to not being able to get transportation there in March I cancelled the surgery this morning. Note I only booked 3 days ago so I want my deposit back! I have read so many people not getting their deposits back and have read so many bad reviews on this place. The lady that I have been communicating with is very not but however is very difficult to contact. I've tried emailing, texting, using the what's up app, and calling them but they just say she'll call me back. I will not be having my surgery on March 28th and I cancelled today so I would like my deposit back!

      I did a Blepharoplasty in this place. I have to start by saying that **************** did an excellent job. But be careful with the Xiluet place. All the communication via emails, calls, and text messages is so bad and unprofessional. They will also offer a promotion, pressure you with calls and text massages to get you to pay a deposit before the promotion ends. Then the day of the surgery, they will make you pay more money saying that you paid the deposit one day after the promotion ended. When you show them the text messages proving that was not the case, they say they were talking about another promotion. They will laugh at your face giving you two options- either lose your deposit or pay the extra money if you want the surgery. They are common scam thieves.

      Worse Practice I have ever dealt with, Robbed out of ***** usd! Very unethical, very unorganized and just a bunch of scammers! I will be filing a law suit and a report to the Federal Govt!

      HORRIBLE **WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & **** YOU *** ESPECIALLY, OUT OF TOWNERS. THESE PEOPLE GOT ME FOR $5,000 BUCKS!! I DIDNT GET A SURGERY, OR MEET THE ACTUAL DOCTOR! NOR DID I GET ANY DETAILS ABOUT THE SURGERY CENTER, NOT EVEN A PHAMLET, A COPY OF MY TESTS OR CONTRACT! NO REFUND EITHER IF YOUR TRAVELING *** DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, THEIR WHOLE BUSINESS MODEL IS TO ROB, CHEAT AND GANGSTER YOU FOR YOUR MONEY! I DONT EVEB THINK DR.       Deceitful, dishonest crooks. Also after all the research I have done I am glad things didnt go as planned. This place is a butcher shop. ****** Xiluet Plastic Surgery Lawsuits So many choices in Miami do your research go with a more reputable practice. Also look at there yelps review. I am almost certain they pay for the positive ****** reviews.

      DONT GO HERE! I had surgery done in October 2021, according to my contract I have up to 1 year to have revision done. Well....my tummy tuck needs revision......so I go to them and they now tell me my doctor is no longer there so I cant have revision done and they want to charge me for a full procedure. I asked them why cant another doctor just do it? So they had another doctor look at me and she was great and willing to do the revision under local anesthesia, well now they want to charge me $2000 dollars! The cost for revision with my original doctor was supposed to be $1000 with local or $1500 for general. I gave my money to the clinic not the doctor how is it my fault the doctor left? I should still be able to do it with another doctor at the same cost. I'm reporting them to the BBB and seeking legal action. save yourself the headache and stay away from this money mill! they only care about the money not the patients. Ironically if the doctor you scheduled with leaves they make you pick another doctor to do your surgery and wont refund you soooo how is it that another doctor cant do my revision at the original cost? Just doesn't make sense and quite contradictory! By the way half of the reviews are fake....they make you review them even before you can truly see your results.

      This Business is False advertising .They took my money deposit, and when I asked for information, they gave me another price and another procedure .I asked for my refund within the ************************** the add. Please help me get this criminals out of Business and my money back,and so they dont do it to others........Please help!!!!!!!

      The staff was unprofessional. The recovery room staff was inhumane. Unable to reach a qualified staff member post-op. I was only given tramadol post-op after a major surgery. I was in horrible pain, with no relief. Serious post-op infections. Had to be reopened up 2 weeks later for surgery for abdominal abcesses. I was septic, stayed in the hospital for a week for IV antibiotics. It was a horrible experience. I would not advise going to this establishment. They do not care about your well-being. They don't care if you die from infection. Something is seriously wrong with this place. Very unethical
