  Florida Green Plumbing first try to ripe me off my $700.00 of my deposit, charge double for a replacement of a faucet that I'd provided and a toilet of their choice. I paid $1,400.00, lied about bringing a catalog with a choice of toilets. Failed to email me an itemized Invoice and a proof of license. When the second check of $700.00 didn't clear started calling and calling me, when I got the proof of their license and the check was posted and paid continued trying to get my credit card information to get paid for the 3rd time. While here he tried to come back to installed a second faucet again charging me $600.00 and seduce me with providing the faucet. Last and for all after persisting by calling and calling they got a court order NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE A LIEN. Came to my residence and posted with back tape on my door on the right on the left in the middle of the hallway in front of the elevator so all my neighbors could think that I owed them money. I've filed a claim to get back some money that I over paid. I'm afraid, I just don't know what they're going to do next.

  I work with an HOA, they were hired to repair an irrigation line, they initially stated that the line needed to be cleaned out and they were paid for that, however they said if it ends up being the well then they would credit the cost that was paid to the line for the new well. Not only did they not provide the credit when the well needed to be done, they also did not clean the filter out, which blew up another line, and then began harassing and threatening us for payments before the job could even be inspected to ensure that it was done properly. They are rude, unprofessional and a mistake to work with.

  Made mistake by hiring this company to replace water heater, got stuck paying &1600 for $480 heater to be installed, So basically I paid approximately $500.00 in hour labor to install it, took barely two hours

  I was desperate (rodent trapped in wall which could be plumbing issue) and they tried to exploit that. They asked me for 100% payment UPFRONT before starting the job (a $350 smoke bomb test) through ZELLE which I have come to find out was done 100% purposely. This allows them to PURPOSELY circumvents *****'s list once they make an appointment so that you have ZERO recourse (IE, dispute charges with a credit card or write a bad review). Spoke to a PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER today and got schooled (and he said dispute the charges!) But when I said I paid ***** he said OMG is this *****'s list? So apparently this is a well known problem - they are supposed to use a SMOKE MACHINE, not a shop vac, they didnt turn on water first, didnt check attic, AND here's the best part.... wanted to save me money on a using a camera because why spend the extra money, he was ALMOST 100% confident where the problem was and wanted to start digging up my floor for $4000 with no camera (!!!!) when the issue could be the seal, in the wall, or ten feet away. Thank God I sent them on their way - the whole digging for 4k without using a camera first was my indicator this was a very dishonest company and I just wanted them to leave - I can't even imagine the problems I would have right now had I agreed to such a STUPID idea.

  Absolutely terrible service!A pipe burst 2 ft. underground in our laundry room. The plumber came out quick, but knew we were desperate. He gave us a price of $4,100 and tried to tell us that was a discount from over $8,000. They demanded 50% payment up front (cash or check) and the other half financed with their 3rd party finance partner. Long story short, he tried to lie to us and say that he would need to charge another $10,000 to repipe the rest of this single pipe. We found out that this was a lie and argued, and he apologized and said he would just finish the job. It took them two days to finish, because ***** forgot to bring all of the equipment needed to complete the job and kept making mistakes. We filed a claim with homeowners insurance and let them know that the homeowners insurance company needed an itemized receipt for the work done for them to process our claim. *******, the secretary at their main office, told us that they could do that for us, but only after the work was done. Once the work was finished, and we called ******* back, she stated her supervisors changed their mind, and decided that they could not give us an itemized receipt. We are going through h*** to process our homeowners insurance claim because of this and the supervisors , according to *******, are unavailable. After leaving a ****** review, their secretary called me to say that there is absolutely no way they would ever be cooperating with us for the receipt after the reviews I left for them on ****** and with ****. She closed by saying good luck with your little homeowners insurance claim. When I told her that I would also be reporting them to BBB, she texted me to threaten me, saying that we will receive a fine for letting an unlicensed plumber work on our home (they assured us they were licensed before doing this job) and that they are going to lie to homeowners insurance company in an attempt to cause our claim to fail.   BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! I hired them to fix my shower valves. Marco gave me a price and initially ASKED FOR FULL AMOUNT UPFRONT, but I gave them a deposit. Hours later, he informed that IT WOULD COST MORE since he needs to do additional work and since it was a replacement no damages would be made. Fine, I approved. Many hours later, the installer calls and asks for final payment, job is done. SURPRISE! All my tiles were broken, he never called me to even inform me of the damages! IN ORDER TO COVER UP THEIR DAMAGE he placed black duck tape to cover the broken tiles and cover the hole. When I said this was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, he said just find a handymen to fix it. When I said this was not right and they need to repair, Marco agreed and said would come back the next morning. The next morning my tenant who lives in the unit, let him back in, and he REMOVED EVERYTHING AND LEFT ALL DAMAGES, AND SIMPLY LEFT! The lady from the office called and said everything was on contract and will not be refunding my deposit. I was left with major damage, all products removed, and had to find another company to repair everything they damaged. I must say, after having hired many contractors in the past, THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD.

  Lo peor que he conocido como empresa de ***** ! Terminaron el trabajo **** viernes despus de 4 semanas de retraso , que ofrecieron hacerlo en 3 semana y nunca lo terminaron , lo peor que por no cancelar el mismo viernes , fuimos objeto de infinidad de agresiones verbales por parte de un Sr que dijo era el dueo nos amenazo con quemar mi casa al igual que aplico una de discriminacin de xenofobia ya que nos acus de ser Venezolanos algo que llevamos con orgullo !

  Company performed service at my property today in *************. Needless to say this company is not good at their job. Company now operates as www.floridagreenplumbing.com and still has negative reviews. Their job entitled removal and replacement of tank water heater and install of tankless water heater. First off, plumber ***** came to my home, and couldn't figure out how to drain the water heater tank. After finally figuring a way, they proceeded to remove the heater. New electrical was required for the install, so the panel was removed from the wall, and electrical ran through the wall (and apparently the ceiling) as they had cut many holes. Come to find out, the tech did not realize replacing the textured drywall was difficult and scrapped the pieces in the garbage, leaving gapping holes in my ceiling and walls. Needless to say, I expected holes in the closet area, but not a huge hole in the ceiling. Finally, once the job was finished, the tech left. Leaving the huge hole (Est. $600-800 to fix) and the wiring exposed in the closet, which of course is not up to code in Florida (or elsewhere for that fact).The owner ******** gave me an ultimatum to remove the negative posts regarding their terrible service, however money is not the issue. I would rather others know how bad this company so they don't have to go through the same issues I did today. I would rate this company a D-, and only not an F because she called.

  We had to change the electric water heater. We were told that the new one would heat up water quicker and would waste less water, and It was not accurate. It is the same as the old one. But the most important thing is that the invoice we got for $1000, did not specify parts nor labor. The person spend maybe 45 minutes installing the new unit, and refuse to give us an invoice for the new unit (whihc when I talked to him on the phone, he said that he would go pick up the parts). There had to be an receipt for the unit, but they had to charge much more that what it cost. The receipt we got from Florida Green for the whole work, is copy barely readable. When my wife asked what was the price for the unit, the person said $450. I looked it ** in internet and it is $243. So that charged $1000 for that and 45 minutes of labor? That is highway robbery and they should refund us a part of it, and keep a fair amount for the work.
