This company was hired to pump out my septic tank. On the day they did the job and left, my bathroom was leaking water. I thought that it was due to the job when they finished but it kept on leaking and still is leaking. This has been going on for surveral months. I called the office twice to report it and was told by the first person, *****, and he told me it was nothing that they did because they did not come in the house, Then I called again about another week and I talk to a lady to ask her who can I speak to who are in charge and she told me she was the owner. As I was trying to tell her the problem she said it is not not their fault and to to have a nice day and hung up. I had plumbers to come and check it out and it was not the toilet and I had to pay $225. to replace the ring under the toilet and the water is still leaking. The problem is a pipe must be broken in the wall close the my sink in the restroom/ Also, now the water smells like sewage. Now I am having to deal with all of this by myself and I am retired with limited funds.. This is ongoing, how in the world that I could have done this. I had my septic pumped for years, and this never happened to me.

Mr *** Septic pumped and pressure cleaned this septic tank and hydro jetted the main line running to the septic system in October 2023. This customer called 3 months later and advised Mr *** that she was having a water leak from her bathroom by her toilet area.  She then confirmed that she was seeing clean water and not sewage water. We informed her that we only pumped her tank outside and cleared her sanitary line which would not affect her clean water supply. We recommended she contact a general plumber to check her wax ring on the toilet which could cause that type of problem. The work done was a cleaning procedure not a repair, the septic tank was emptied and the line to the tank was cleared with the customers signed invoice indicating that everything was done correctly. We hope all the information provided was sufficient and look forward to your response.
