      Every month my data get wiped out and every time I call I get different story about why this is happening. They never fix the problem and don't know what the neck they are doing. And another thing my service end date never matches what they have.

      **************** is a joke. Unprofessional and can't get anything done. I had to sit through an hour-long phone call to get a refund for service that was loaded onto a SIM card that they had deactivated, and I still haven't received that refund despite the agent assuring me that I had been. I also waited 45 minutes past a scheduled time for a callback from a manager that I never received before giving up and calling customer care back. Their service is spotty and frequently goes out. S**** StraightTalk. No longer affordable, and customer care is useless. I'm switching to Visible.

      I was satisfied with service until the last 6 months or so. Now EVERY MONTH, My bill due date is wrong. I work using my phone, so this is causing me financial problems. My bill due date not being accurate has caused me to lose money and be unable to pay for my service which blocks me from making money. I have dealt with this for 6 months and even complained to support agents. Yet the problem still occurs. My due dat in example. If it was due on the 31st. I have till midnight on the 31st to pay the bill. Well. Now its happening a day earlier than previously. Like now. My bill is due on the 29th, which is today. Yet my phone was shut off last night instead of tonight. Leading to me not being able to work, which I get paid daily, so this causes massive problems for me financially. I didnt have problems till this started occurring. *** struggling to pay bills already, this is a big deal. So thats why I am writing this review and filing a complaint.

      Every other month Tracfone wipes out my Data usually 6 or 9 ***** so mad at this scam. Someone should make them responsible!!!

      I have Tracfone as my carrier with a prepaid yearly plan. I have not been able to receive texts for about a month. I have spent hours on the phone with tech support and hours on their chat line with tech support and they have not been able to solve the problem. Tech support is virtually useless. Do not use Tracfone, it is not worth it. I am switching my phone service. Oh, and they will not allow you to keep your phone number when you switch. ******** company, 0 stars if I could.

      Bought a phone from their website, entered my shipping address, their website changed the address to something else before I noticed. I tried to change it with their chat support, but they, ******, just kept repeating that they couldn't help with that and to check my address on their site. I told them I already said I tried changing the address, but the website changes it to a different one. "I can't help you with that.""Are you telling me you aren't even reading my responses???""I can't help you with that."So I call them. They say they can't stop the transaction or change the address, so I'm just supposed to hope no one gets my phone, trust that it'll be mailed back to them, and then they'll refund me in about a month. I placed the order minutes before this. Sounds like I just got scammed out of $214.

      I been with tracphone for about 20 years. It been good up to about Three months ago. I bought a Razer phone and it went bad, I call them and they told me they would send me a label they did. I sent the phone in and they told me that I will have a replacement in two weeks after receiving my phone. I call them and act as though the never received a phone and if I hadn't had information they would have just blew it off. Well the telemarketers who you cannot hardly understand told that they located the phone and said they were sending phone and I will receive it in 3 to 4 working days. I have call and call and call its the same old run around as though its the first time you called and you have to go through this hour and half same-o. I have did this now for three months yet still don't have no phone.

      They are god-awful all around. There isn't enough room for me to list how awful they are here!I have spent over a week trying to get my phone, which I used with them before, to simply activate it. Now I see why they have a 1 Star.

      My tracfone experience. I have been a loyal customer for almost ******************************************* January of 2025. On the 20th of May, June, and July it threw me off the network. They restored the network for May and June but not July. July 20 is the last time I had phone service. After two weeks from July 20, they told me my phone was bad. On August 6, I received the air bill to return my phone. The warehouse in ********* received my phone August 12 at 9:30 a.m. After talking to numerous agents, today is October 9, 2025 and I am still waiting for my phone. This product was one year service starting on January 6, 2025 until January 6, 2026. I hope that this gets resolved sometime soon but I doubt it.

      Stole $45 False advertising on the box.Rude, will not do what they say they are doing. Need a ticket.. never created Need a supervisor... they will sit on the phone till you hang up and laugh about it.... called 3x and got the same treatment every time....
