This management company has RUINED our community at *********. They are hostile towards residents and homeowners, are unprofessional, poorly trained, inept at resolving issues. Our property manager **** **** is low-brow, disrespectful, smug and cocky and her staff mirrors all these traits. MM gets paid big money from our association to do very little for residents and homeowners alike. Instead they focus on issues that make daily life insufferable for residents. MM should be absolete or be overhauled entirely with new ownership. As a decades long business owner myself I dont understand how they are still operable with such poor service provided and who could still possibly be retaining them for their services. If your *** has hired them, please know that its a red flag that your association does not care about the fees you pay, your home, your rights as a homeowner, or your quality of life in your community. I will be selling shortly and woe to all that have to remain under their management

    Dear Miss ***** ******** aka ******** ******,

I would like to take this opportunity to clarify the events leading up to your recent BBB review. First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the privilege of serving as the General Manager of *********, proudly representing Miami Managementa company that oversees more than 400 associations. Our track record of consistently receiving 5-star customer reviews speaks volumes about our commitment to our communities. Property Management is not just a job for us; it is a true passion. We deeply care about maintaining safe and beautiful communities for our residents.

On January 27, 2025, you received a violation from the City of ******* for the construction of an illegal driveway extension in your home. Instead of reaching out directly to the City of Hialeah who issued you the violation letter, you entered the onsite management office in an agitated state and engaged in highly inappropriate behavior, using offensive language and insults. Its unfortunate that you didnt give us the opportunity to help you with this matter, instead you directed profanities at both myself and my staff, referring to us in derogatory terms.
While we understand that receiving a violation can be frustrating, your actions were both unprofessional and uncalled for. This incident was captured on camera by another resident, who shared the footage with us as evidence of what transpired. Our staff was understandably shaken by your outburst, and they were left feeling unsafe. As a result, we consulted with the association's attorney, who subsequently sent you a cease and desist letter. This letter instructed you to cease this aggressive behavior, as it was actually the second time you verbally assaulted a member of our staff.

At Miami Management, we are committed to creating a safe environment for all of our staff including our residents. We do not take such behavior lightly, and we will continue to stand by our staff and uphold the professionalism that defines our work.

    Sincerely,

    **** ****, LCAM

This is the worst building of Miami Beach (***************-*****************************************************) and not for the building itself but for the person who manages it, ****** ****** with Miami Management.****** ****** will make sure to make your life miserable, the abuse of her power is above anyone else and if you ask to speak to a manager, she will say she is the manager, although she does have a manager at Miami Management. She wants you to known she has unlimited power and total immunity and she loves to abuse it.Even the board members unfortunately hide and support her and her anger issues. Bottom line, residents don't report problems or concerns because ****** ****** is a nightmare...

*** is the most appropriate description for this property management company. completely Missing In Action. Arrived on move in day for a rental house to find the property in complete disarray. Active construction in the home to address a maintenance issue. Turns out the maintenance issue is no AC beqcause the condenser had been stolen from the property. No advanced notice, exactly zero communication after driving 20 hours with my family and pet in ***. Upon further inspection come to find the state of the house and yard to be in complete disarray with no acknowledgment from management of the issue. Management and maintenance completely lacked any semblance of communication and on the rare occasion when they did engage they would lie, directly contradicting what we saw on site at the property. Save yourself from the frustration and work with someone else. This property management company is a complete clown show avoid at all costs.

Truly vile. A legalized cartel. In a word PETTY! Attempted TWICE to prevent me from selling my home and succeeded ONCE! Thankfully I am out. This association prevented the first buyer a sale (of property that I "own") due to an incongruence in their HO3/HO6 for a mortgage on the property. If you buy a home here it might be challenging to sell if you can't find a cash buyer. We thankfully found a way around this and got a second buyer that did not have to buy all in cash. Then the second buyer was prevented from closing on time because an estoppel (approved by Mr. ***** *. **** Sr.). A truly petty estoppel that "needed" a potted plant to be thrown out. Truly abhorrent association. HOA has more than doubled since I first purchased. Get out the pitch forks and torches.

Reviews We live in ************** in ******* and in early November of 2023 we woke up to our bedroom walls so soft our hand went through and touched the concrete wall this was all on a Saturday. We call water remediation company they came and we had to clear out our bedroom so they can bring in the dehumidifiers and fans to dry the walls. They discovered the cracks on the outside that was letting moisture seep through. We contacted our property manager at Miami Managment and made them aware of the situation. On December 5th I reached out again because we have not heard anything from them. They asked us to call our insurance to handle the matter. Our insurance denied this claim because this was Miami Management's responsibility to cover this due to their neglect of the building. It's now been 7 months we have tested positive for mold and no work has been done and now they are not responding to us. I wanted to list some names of the employees we have been in contact with and they know of the situation.*************************** *************************** ********************************* The take this situation and my family's well-being as a joke and something to brush under the rug. It is horrendous how they have handled this situation especially paying $450 a month for absolutely nothing. Please do not ask me to reach out to customer service it's been over a month since they have responded to us. If Miami Managment would like to make this right call us with a date on when repairs will be made.

NO STARS! I am utterly disappointed with my experience dealing with Miami Management **** Their level of incompetence, rude associates, and lack of communication have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. From the very beginning, I encountered issues with their customer service. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance, I was transferred from one department to another, with no resolution in sight. It felt like a never-ending loop of frustration, and I found myself unable to get the help I needed. One particular incident that stands out is when I attempted to confirm receipt of my payment. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, the associate I spoke to was dismissive and rude. She even had the audacity to suggest that dropping off payment at the office might still result in it being late and incurring fees. This response was not only unprofessional but also absurd. It's unacceptable to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, especially when seeking clarification on a basic matter like payment confirmation. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by [Property Management Company] is appalling. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which unfortunately was severely lacking in my interactions with them.At this point, I am actively seeking the corporate office information for Miami Management **** as I am determined to file a formal complaint against their abysmal service. It's time they are held accountable for their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience with MM has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their rude associates, lack of communication, and inability to provide basic customer service have left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company unless they enjoy dealing with unnecessary stress and disappointment.

Resident concerns are ignored and dismissed. HOA meetings are a joke because all they want to do is approve fee increase and not address resident concerns. Absolutely disgusted with **** company and this will be the reason I sell my home. They are a joke! You want my fees but dont want to address areas of concern or budget issues. Dont ever buy if they are your HOA.

We moved into our new apartment and we weren't told the elevators were broken prior moving, not only we paid the $500 deposit but we also had very little time to move since two of their elevators were out of service, and we had to let the current tenants use it too, the manager, *************************, a very rude Spanish woman that won't stop harassing us seems to be very unwelcoming and racist, being the fast she's also an immigrant, lol the audacity! We moved here thinking we were going to be safe but this lady needs to go. She's an embarrassment to the association and the building itself. It hasn't been a month that we moved and it's been the worst experience in Miami so far.
