    Horrible property management company. They were quick to demand their deposit but have taken more than 3 months to return the deposit after moving out. They claim the first time the check was lost in the mail. That's after they supposedly sent it after a month and a half past the Florida State Statute of 15 days. I've come to learn that this company purposely makes it difficult to return deposits hoping people give up. Very disgusting and unprofessional employees. Every time I call, they give me the runaround. These people need to be in jail.

    Bad company ceiling fell on my head after 2 years of begging for them to fix now they trying to intimidate to leave

    They will not maintain the apartment my mom lives in. The building is 96 years old and her toilet flooded the whole apartment with feces and they have not sent emergency plumbers or anything. Her ceiling has fallen in past and they have left her like that for days. The roach infestation is just beyond anything you will ever see. Rent is due no matter what and she pays but the conditions are inhuman.
