      I, an occupant, was forced out of the unit without any court order by the property management. Management Lakesha called the police on me, after concenting to allowing me to get my belongings from the property. Lakesha and her staff lied and told the police I kicked the door down and then admitted to the officers once they arrived on scene that they never seen me kicking down any door. I was attempting to get my property from the unit as well as apply for a unit. I was not able to do that because I was given a no trespassing notice by the woodridge police.After calling and speaking to Lakesha about getting me property from the unit Lakesha and the attorney agreed I could come to get my property the following day. Then I came the following day with movers I paid for, and Lakesha then stated I actually cant get my property and there was a process I had to wait for first In order to get my property. I returned a call that I kissed from Lakesha, and the. After speaking, the woodridge police called me and said the management at high crest called them and said I was harassing them, which is another false claim against me. I called this week and finally got ahold of property manager Lakesaha and she told me my property had been taken by the ************************ and that I needed to go to the police department to get my belongings. I went to the police department and they told me that Lakesha lied again and that they do not handle civil matters with taking property from homes. I have been calling Lakesha and management and no one has returned my calls or knows where my property is. I need support immediately.

      I wish there were negative stars.. I rented from timberland apartments in 2022. It will forever be the worst place I ever lived. My kids did not play Outside ever. Due to the fact that there was drug paraphernalia on the ground in between gun shell casings. There was over 10 shootings in the 2 years that I lived there with multiple tenants vehicles getting shot up. I got 2 different $500 water bills. Due to falty pipes in my building management was well aware of it and did not compensate me a dime. Did I mention the homeless people that slapped in the Hallway of my building the worst part was the office management. I love how they tell you. They are trying to help you but yet never solve your issues.. It took me 2 years to leave. The reason why was because they were telling realtors that I was late on my rent when I in fact was not. The method of payment had changed multiple times while saying there. My history shows no late bees except for 2 times the entire time. I stayed there so if I was late. What *** then charged the $150 late fee? My rent went up over $500 every time we had to renew our lease, which we did not. We were charged $250 a month for a no lease signing fees. After all of this, they also wanted me to give a 30 day notice, which also caused me to lose yet another house and another $300 in application fees.As if that wasn't bad enough. All I want now from this horrible situation. Is my security deposit of **** dollars back. They literally could have moved new tenants in 30 minutes after I vacated the premises. I moved out in 10/2023. It's 02/2024. I shouldn't have to still be waiting on my deposit. I've contacted them numerous of times by phone, and in person to no avail. I deserve at least my security back if not compensation for paying almost **** a month to live in such horrible conditions! It's to the point I'm getting a lawyer
