I have purchased a handful of animals since 2022 from Dynasty Reptiles. They arrive healthy, great temperament and absolutely beautiful. Great communication and customer service. They even included a card with meal history, current food size, and date of birth. Their shipping is on point and they communciate the whole way through! As for the customer that made a review regarding their deceased snake, I'd say they messed up somewhere. I did have a cornsnake that was smaller than normal and didn't handle shipping like the others. He did pass and Dynasty Reptiles was quick to respond and also sent me a replacement animals with no stress. Providing proof to a breeder that an animals is deceased is normal policey.. I highly recommend them as their aniamals and customer serive is amazing!!:)

I purchased a Mexican black king during dynasty reptiles half off black friday event. The snake they sent me never held down a meal and eventually died. **************** takes forever to get back to you and they just blame you. He finally got back to me after a week and said he wanted to see photos of the dead snake and regurgitated meal...who keeps a dead snake or regurgitated food from a snake? It was one of his ways to get out of any reasponsiblity I breed burms, corns, kings, milks, geckos and am a 2md generation keeper, they sent me a animal that wasn't established.

We contacted ******** within an hour of his email regarding the passing of the snake he purchased from us (1/9/24). This is the first time we were told of any issues with one of the snakes he ordered. As with all of our orders we have stickers requesting picture of the snake upon arrival so both parties have images of the reptile received and condition how it arrived. We couldn't find any emails from the customer when the snakes he ordered arrived on 11/21/23, so we asked him some basic questions regarding his husbandry to see if the snake was taken care of properly. We called ******** twice on 1/10/24 to get additional info and to resolve this matter. Left a message and no response until he emailed us on 1/15/24 and we called again 3 times once in the morning, afternoon and evening. No response besides the email. Since there wasn't going to be any verbal contact we messaged him to provide any images of the issues he had with the snake or the actual snake when passed as we set aside a replacement for him and his response is no. With anything perishable I have issue with whether its live or food, I take photos just in case it needs to be thrown away for actual proof of said issue. Below is the email thread for more context.

I replied to you email on the 9th within a few hours, called you twice the next day on the 10th to try to resolve the issue and to get more information regarding how the snake was from the time you received him. You were the first one to insinuate that the snake was not established when it was born in August and had over 10 meals. Not once that I said anything on your husbandry. Just asked the following questions, Can you give me more information on what you were doing, how many meals you offered and how may regurgitation? What was the time frame between each one. After the first one you should of contacted us so we can guide you on what to do in order for it not to regurgitate again, as each time the snake regurgitates its loses a lot of the gut fauna and takes time to recover.

    Thank you,

That is fine but all you could of done is taken a picture of the snake. I wasnt asking for the actual snake. How can I prove the snake passed away? Questions I asked from the beginning was to figure out why it was regurging. Its on this email thread that you can read below.

Contacted PayPal, you offering me a replacement but only if I show you the previous dead snake that died a week previous to you actually responding to me is laughable. You know no one is going to keep a dead animal around so thats your way of avoiding any reasponsiblity or what? Never delt with a man who avoids any and all reasponsiblity on there product like I have with you. Immediately question my care technique was a slap in the face,im a 2nd generation keeper and breeder,I can take care of a baby colubrid.

Can you send me images of the dead snake or any of the regurges? I put aside a snake for you as a replacement. Just keep in mind the snake you got was born in august and older than the ball python you got in the same package. It had 13 day old pinkies prior to shipping in November.
