Post ****** Hurricane: I sustained roof damage. Upon solicitation I was told I would get a free inspection of my roof as there was clearly roof damage. After inspection, I agreed to tarping my roof and a possible dehumification to my attic as there was minimal leakeage due to the missing shingles. - I have not received pictures of my home that I asked for.- I have not received the documents I signed ans I asked multiple times to be send to my email address - I'm not sure what they are sending to my insurance as the dehumidifcation process did not get done. I want to make sure I'm not being scammed or my insurance isnt being scammed as well.Customer response

- Insists on me working with a lawyer when my claim for just a tarp
install isnt even processed as an approval or denied by my insurance.
They are refusing to remove my tarp without some lawyer involvement. I
refuse to have or pay for a lawyer.
- The lawyer situation seems very fishy to me and just doesnt smell
right.
- I have better things to worry about like fixing my roof. This is not a
roof company so it isnt a company that I will be contacting to fix my
roof.
- It just all seems like a scam.Explanation of charges

We take all concerns seriously and are committed to addressing your complaint regarding the incorrect information that was provided. After reviewing the details you provided, we have suspended the sales associate that attended your property
The contract were send as soon as we received this information to the office, as well as the cancellation of the services, your information about the claim was not send to the insurance since you cancelled your servces
We truly value your feedback as it helps us improve. If theres anything else we can do to address your concerns or if you have additional details to share, please dont hesitate to reach out directly to ************.
