    I purchased a bunch of non slip shoes from this company over the years and loved them at first. The last 3 pairs Ive bought in the last 16 months have been defective. I was talking to a customer service representative whos told me they would replace them if they were within 12 months of purchase. I bought two more pairs in August of this year and they are defective too. I just want the two pairs I bought in August replaced but the company is ignoring my text messages and when I called them they put me on hold, then hung up on me. Now they wont take my phone call at all. They have been ignoring my calls. I just want my shoes replaced or my money back from them. This is a company who is unprofessional and blatantly ignoring me because they dont want to replace/refund the shoes for me. I have included screenshots of the messages they sent me that state their return policy. I tried to do a screen record, but it wouldnt download on your website

    I placed an order on Oct 16th for two pairs of shoes for a total of $149.93 I was very sick from the end of September until this week. I was unable to try on the shoes to see if they fit until Monday night the 10th of this week. I tried to call customer service several time but unable to get a person on the phone as they were busy. The message said to send an email which I did the same day (Nov 11). I was told their policy for returns or exchanges are within 15 days from the day of purchase and a 5 day ***** period beyond the return window for exchanges only and after that the exchange option is disabled. They said the policies were included in my confirmation and packing slip. I was so sick I never opened the box until this past Monday night. I have sent several follow up emails stating I was sick and I can send doctor notes showing I went to the doctor several times and was asking for an exception. I keep getting a response "I'm here to clarify our policy" . I now know their policy but that didn't help me when I was sick. I was asking for an exception due to the fact I couldn't get to the post office to return them or even have the energy to try them on. I have sent two follow up emails in the last two days and have not received a response.

    5/1/22 Order # ****** Amount $ ****** Company: Therafit Shoes Customer Name: ***************************** I ordered a pair of tennis shoes. Upon wearing, decided they were defective. Called company to see if any options since beyond 30 day return window & also worn & told I could return them & get a refund. (detailed timeline attached). I returned the shoes. I was emailed a confirmation of return indicating a refund or store credit (?) of $****** (copy attached).After much back & *************** I now have no shoes and no refund nor store credit. The company never ONCE acknowledged I was given apparently "inaccurate" information upon my 1st call, & the company repeatedly told me something different with each subsequent phone conversation. Received a "final" email from a manager 1/24/23 stating no refund nor exchange to be granted (copy attached).
