    I asked this company to provide security for me for 24 hours. I wanted two security guards. In the beginning only one showed up and then left when the other got there. The other was really hostile towards me so I asked her to leave. I had no guards for the night and the following morning there were two that helped me pack up my hotel room and also left. I only used the services for less than two hours and was charged for a full 24 hours which was a whopping $2,496. Ive talked to the company several times and they refuse to refund me for the services not rendered. I am devastated and traumatized by this experience. I dont think anyone should ever use this company. They take advantage of you when you need help the most and dont perform their services. Then they refuse to issue a refund in their absence. I would go with a more reputable business.

    Good day, we had the opportunity to service *************. Our guards were scheduled and dispatch to her location. We introduced ourselves and everything seems OK. We arrive on the jobsite at 9:45pm. Went to the front desk and introduced ourselves so the front desk receptionist so they are aware we were onsite. We posted at ************* room door. After a couple hours passed she came out from her room and was visibly under the influence. Then ask why were we at her door, the guard contacted the office to give an update on the situation.  ************* returned to her room, then came back from her room and went downstairs to the lobby where she became very aggressive and abusive to our guards and the hotel staff. She repeated that behavior for a couple hours until the hotel had to ask ************* to leave and the cops were call and she trespassed from the property. We helped her to pack her belongings and ************* then left the property with no follow up location not to our dispatch or our guards. We attempted to call her with no answer several times. We did not see or hear anything from ************* until 5/1/2024. We serviced her account 9/6/2023. I explain to me ************* service were provide and her recollection of the events on the service date was not accurate. Our guards maintained professionalism and at no point was rude or aggressive to *************. ************* is who was rude and extremely agressive to our guards, the hotel staff and guest of the hotel. I personally spoke with ************* and explained we had no way of knowing where she went and no call was made to our dispatch center with a new location. She said that's besides to point she wasn't thinking about that at that time. The safety of our clients and guards are our utmost priority. In ending service was provided and  ************* wants a refund for service she already received.
