I was called and scheduled for an interview on 07/25/2024 The interviewer arrived 10 mins after me late . They had me fill out an application and told me there were currently no position available that they would call me when a position was available and they directly told me that they fire people all the time . I was dressed business casual and professional and my time was wasted there was no interview and they made me come in to there office for no reason. There office is in a warehouse space there patrol cars are old . And they offer no benifits or paid time off to there employees they don’t even offer direct deposit . Don’t waste your time any other company is better. They didn’t have the decency to call me and tell me that there was nothing available.

At the time of
your inquiry, we unfortunately did not have the specific service you
were looking for. Our security business operates as a staffing agency,
providing security personnel tailored to the needs of our clients. We
match our staff with clients based on proximity to the location,
language skills, and overall fit for the specific duties required.
It
is common in our industry to have a high turnover rate, and we welcome
applicants to come to our office dressed in business casual attire. Our
office is located in a warehouse flex space, which we also secure. Our
landlord, BlackRock, is one of the largest in the nation.
Our fleet
includes over 50 patrol cars, with the oldest being a 2016 model. The
majority of our vehicles are from our Enterprise lease program, similar
to those used by many local police and federal agencies. We are proud to
be the only security agency in the area with two command trucks and
bulletproof SUVs.
Regarding employee benefits, after 90 days of
employment, staff members can choose direct deposit and access a basic
medical plan, AFLAC, and PTO. After one year of service, employees
become eligible for a 401K plan. We currently have over 400 employees on
our payroll, many of whom have been with us for several years. S1
Security Group has been in operation since 2004, providing reliable
security services for over 20 years. We are also very proud of our A+
rating with the BBB, which reflects our commitment to quality service
and customer satisfaction.
