      I originally took my Goyard purse for the straps to be refurbished. The job was completed horribly and the straps are worse then when i took it. I took the purse back on 10/4/24 to be redone. The employee that accepted agreed to the poor workmanship and said there ave been a great deal of changes since then because of all the problems they had. I have gone up there twice, called several times and e-mailed several times. In turn i've gotten no response from the owwner and the employees don't know where my purse is. I want the purse repaired or $3,500 the cost to replace the purse.

      I sent a ************* Backpack for repair . I cant get a hold of anyone to discuss payment for the bag to get it returned. Its been two years . Nobody communicates with me. They still have my bag

      Sent in my Louis ******* bag to get fixed Paid them the $509.95 I did not get my original merchandise back as of yet. No one is returning my calls or emails. *** tried contacting them numerous times but they never answer. So I paid for a service and did receive Louis ******* bag back.

      It was been almost 2 years since I submitted 3 Louis ******* bags for repair to The Cobblers in *****. I received a response a little less then a year ago letting me know that my bags were being inspected. I have called and emailed tirelessly and still no response. At this point I just want my bag back even if its not repaired.

      The Cobblers aka Craftyz, I placed an order back in Feb of 2023 for a Louis ******* bag to be repaired. I was given a quote and told that I needed to pay half down..I paid half down and was told that the bag would be ready in 4-6 weeks about 9 weeks later i received a message saying that my order was ready, i was sent a link for final payment. After attempting to make payment serveral times, there payment was experiencing issue and my payment would not complete, no fault of mine . i sent email every day for sereval weeks letting them know my issue to no avail. A few weeks ago i tried the portal again and my payment went through and i received a message that my order was preparing for shipment, still no avail O have not received my bag and the company has changed their name to Craftyz. I paid $236 for the repair and $1600 for the purse

      I found this company on Instagram. Requested a repair quote for a Louis ******* handbag. Someone reached out and we discussed the repairs (either a phone or video call). They sent a quote and I shipped them by bag. A few months went by and I tried emailing for an update. No one ever got back to me. You cant call or email the company. You can go through their text portal to get an update on your order. Every time it says they are busy and my repair is being pushed back another 2 months. They received my bag in August of 2022. After not hearing back I googled the company and thats why I saw all the bad reviews and warnings. I have not paid the invoice they sent, since the invoice pair was never finished. It currently says restoration in progress when I check the status of my order.

      On September 28, 2022, I reached out to this company to get a price estimate for the repair of my Saint ******* handbag. They gave me an estimate and sent me a shipping label. I mailed it off and received confirmation that my item was received on October 13, 2022. On November 7, 2022, I was notified that the service was complete and my item would be shipped back to my home address. I was provided a tracking number of 1Z321V3E0391667401. My item never made it back to my house. The tracking number says that there is no information available on this number. I attempted to reach out to the company continuously for about 6 months. I attempted to email, call and chat on their website. Email and call both get an automated reply to please use the messaging platform on the website. I received 2 chat responses in January indicating that customer service would connect me with the artisan who repaired my item. On February 17, 2023, the artisan sent me a reply of "sorry I wish I could help but I am also waiting on a response from the company" and this was the last communication I received to date. I sent 4 follow up messages. The website chat indicates that my messages were "seen" but no response was provided. It has now been over a year since my item was shipped to the company and about 11 months since their last response. It is completely unprofessional and they should be shut down for this kind of behavior. ****** reviews indicates that several individuals have had similar experiences with the company keeping their items.

      11/19/22 $1842.45 - Versace Shoes ($1575 LOST) + ************** ($267.45)Paid The Cobblers (*****) to repair my shoes. After waiting 6 months The Cobblers ***** told me the shoes were lost. I reached out to their customer service who promised a refund, however they never got back to me.

      I placed an order in June of 2022, asking for the repair of one pair of LV pumps, one pair of LV sandals and one LV handbag. **** returned TWO of my three items approximately EIGHT months after having my items after I requested them to be returned. I have demanded return of my third pair of heels for over 10 months now. I have received FOUR different FAKE *** tracking numbers and they have refused to return my pumps. Order TC-*****

      I paid for a sneaker cleaning of my Air ******** nobody will return my text and haven't received my sneakers back these are a ****** dollar pair of sneakers please help!!!!
