    I paid $9.99 shipping for the FREE face cream sample. Now the company is charging me $129 for the supposedly free product and are refusing to cancel the subscription I never signed up for unless I comply. They also refused the return of the unused/unopened product saying I am past the 14 days. I don't even remember receiving the product! They keep calling me to collect from different fake phone numbers everyday and are threatening to report me to the ************* saying that they have good debt collectors who can destroy my credit unless I comply. Please HELP!!! The company is a SCAM!!!

    SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! PAID THE $9.99 FOR "FREE?" product. this company has people calling me threatening. to send more product if i do not pay the balance of items received that I was led to believe were a "free" and only payment would be for the shipping. STOP calling and thinking I will give you my credit information over the phone. **** was YOU signed me up for as a subscription. I DID NOT agree to a monthly subscription. this company is a Fkn' joke. STOP trying to collect on something I did to agree to. treat call received today 8/8/2023. I guess I will need to start tracking every call, threat, and or shipment they send. I have NO intent to pay any additional cost to this company. This is my notice to cancel the subscription YOU added to my account. SGoldsmith

    Paid shipping for a sample and now they want money for a subscription that I never signed up for. Now getting daily calls from fake phone numbers that are all different so they can not be blocked. Want calls stopped, and all things cancelled for this account.

    SCAM! I paid $9 for the eye cream sample. Now these people are trying to charge me for a subscription... saying I received $170 of their stuff. I DID NOT. They keep calling me to collect. UGH!!

    Derma PGX...This company is a bait and switch company. **** get you to do their "trial offer" for shipping cost of $9.99 showing 60 day guarantee...but then it switches to less than 14 days and they immediately send out other products and try charging you a second shipping of $9.99 plus $129. My credit card company immediately flagged them as fraud/scam. When you try cancelling, they do not give you shipping information to return unwanted product and do not cancel...Instead, they continue to bill and threaten you. **** do not listen in their customer service as they are trained to ******* the customer. I was told/threatened if I did not settle up the everchanging balance amount, I would have more products sent at $1000 a month (the product is sold for $60)! The customer service reps ****** *****, *********************), manager (*******************) and billing department all sounded like they were out of the country reps. **** need to be stopped from their deceptive tactics.

    Apparently, I paid $9.99 on 11/14/22 for shipping charges for an anti-aging cream from Derma Progenix. I received an e-mail on 11/16 that my product would arrive. I never received the product. It is now July and I am receiving daily calls from this company, saying that they would accept my cancellation of the order if I pay $129 in back charges for the cream that I never received, and also, the cream that I was only supposed to pay shipping charges for. If I don't pay, they threatened to ruin my credit rating (which is sterling). Not only do I not trust this organization, I would not want to give them my credit card number, because they are obviously a scam-based operation, by their tone and attitude and customer service. What should be my next steps?

    I dont like their deceptive tactics. On their Website, they said you can get their product for $9.99 for trial. Then, after I paid $9:99, they went ahead and charged $149 on my Debit card. I didnt order their product; I only asked for the Trial Offer, therefore I called my bank not to pay. They canceled my Debit card because of them trying to take my money. They later sent a bill for $129, saying that I ordered their product; and this is false because I immediately canceled the order and signing for the Trial Offer. I dont know how to report them to the authorities. They caused lots of problems because when the Bank canceled my Debit card and gave me a new credit card, I had to change my card for automatic payments

    After reading many reviews I find my complaint to be the same as many others who were ******* by DermaProgenix. This company is a joke, why they haven't been shut down yet is beyond me. In the few responses they addressed from reviews they were all the same... Didn't read the terms & conditions, the products weren't samples, free trials, etc... NOT ONCE DID THEY ACKNOWLEDGE ANY WRONG DOING OR FOR MISLEADING CUSTOMERS NOR DID THEY APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCES THEY MAY HAVE CAUSED! ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!

    First i only ordered a eye cream that i was to pay for shipping and upon never tecueving that they have sent me 3 statements showing that i owe 149 dollars abd now they are telling me my payment is 30 days past due . For what ? I never recieved anytjing and if i had it should have **** only shipping ..it is a scam !

    Was made to believe that there was a free trial period for 30 days for the product for just paying shipping and handling. However, within 17 days, they tried to charge my credit card for $149 and then another $129! I only ordered the wrinkle serum, but they also sent the eye cream. The product literature within the package said that you would not see any results for 30 days, so how within 17 days of ordering (not using product!) was I supposed to see any effects! The product did not make a difference even when used for the 30 days. As the saying goes, If it looks too good to be true, then it probably isnt true.And I had to pay close to $300 to get this mess canceled!
