  I sold short 350 shares of chgg on 05/05/2023 at price ***** In their activity part on website it shows that I sold short at ***** however on their part of website where they count how much money was lost or made they show that I sold short at ****. That is price that was for transaction on 05/02/2023 that was already covered and there was several transactions after that made. As result it shows that I already lost ******. Because bug on their website. That hapoened before with stock shop on 05/04/2023. It was same thing it was showing incorrectly that I sold it short for ***** when in fact I sold short at higher price *********************************************************************** final result because on their activity page it was showing correct price at which I indeed sold it short so did not worry as much. However when I bought to cover and closed transaction it counted it at that wrong price of ***** that was old price and that was shown on their page where they show change in money. Atthe time I sold short chgg market moved far from **** price range sothere was no way that it was accidental fast jump from ***** to **** therefore ally invest just made of me ******. Basically I want someone investigate that problem and return me money I lost as result of **** invest website problems that lead to stealing money from customers. I have little money in account so loosing ****** is big deal fr me plus I am scated that it will keep happening. I done screen print on my phone but their website made the way that full page doesnot fit in screen. Basically when you close transaction the price in activity just changes to price thet want. Now they activity pageshows that I sold short at 10. 11 which is correct but as soon as I will close transaction it will be showing that I sold short at **** which is their scam price. That what it did with shop stock. It is hard to resolve that problem or explain it to ally becayse their customer service is inefective complicated.
