    On 05/06/2024 I paid $250.00 as a deposit to secure a date for my surgery. The deposit was paid after we agreed on a specific date for my surgery and I was given that date and as such I organized my schedule accordingly. However, a couple of days after that, I was informed by Vixen clinic that my surgery date has been canceled and the reason I was told for the cancelation was that the Doctor was unable to perform the surgery because he does not perform neck or face lift surgeries anymore. For almost two weeks that followed, there was no communication from Vixen clinic and they did not respond to my text messages. I had to go to their office in person so I could talk to someone as no one was answering my texts.I agreed to pay the $250.00 deposit based on the fact that the surgery would take place on a specific date with a specific Doctor, that date was canceled by Vixen clinic, they did not reschedule or contact me for almost two weeks. Finally after I went in person to ask for my deposit back they refused to refund my deposit.

    The deposit goes towards the initial evaluation which was done so that service was received, we offered the patient two other doctors who were willing to perform her surgery but she chose not to proceed with them. It is stated in the signed contract that the deposit is non-refundable. When the patient signs the contract they sign it with the company not with the specific doctor.

    I am rejecting this response because I have never received an in person evaluation with any doctor at Vixen clinic. On 04/28/2024, I was asked to upload my pictures so I could receive a free quote estimate for the surgery and this was done before any contracts were signed or any deposits were paid. 

    On 05/07/2024 and 05/08/2024 I went to the clinic to try to get my evaluation done by the doctor and on both occasions, after waiting for several hours, he was unable to see me. Furthermore, on 05/08/2024 while I was waiting to see the doctor, I received a text message from the clinic coordinator informing me that my surgery has been canceled as the doctor no longer perform face procedures or surgeries anymore. 

    As such, the statement made by Vixen above is not true. I have never received an in person evaluation by any doctor at Vixen clinic.

    I am rejecting this response because: First, no initial evaluation was performed. I have never seen a doctor at Vixen clinic. After I first texted the clinic to ask if they offered the type of surgery I needed, they asked me to send a picture, which I did, and then I received a quote via text. It was all done via text messages. There was no mention that sending the pictures they requested was an "evaluation" nor was it in the contract I signed and the proof that all of this took place before any contracts were signed or any deposits were made or even requested. 
    Second. The clinic was the one that canceled my surgery and did not contact me to reschedule or even to respond to my texts for about two weeks that followed. As such, I am no longer interested in doing business with the clinic. It was only after I asked for my deposit back they offered me other doctors.

    In conclusion. I have NOT received any evaluation from any doctor at Vixen Clinic. Also, the clinic canceled my surgery and did not schedule another date or respond to my messages for about two weeks.

    I am rejecting this response because I paid a $250.00 deposit to secure a date for my surgery and not as a consultation fee. We agreed on a specific day for my surgery and based on that agreement I paid the $250.00 deposit and adjusted my schedule. The surgery date was later canceled by the clinic, and they did not communicate with me or answer any of my text messages for almost two weeks that followed so the $250.00 deposit should be refunded.

    This client has paid a total of $******* to Vixen plastic surgery for a tummy tuck, lipo to the thighs, chin, and breast lift with expected surgery date to be 5/29/24. Tummy tuck deposit was paid first at $250.00 on 12/20/23; on 1/19/24 breast lift was added to the expected procedures with another deposit of $250.00. There were then payments made towards procedures of : $250 on dates 2/3 and 3/2; $300 on 3/20; and $500 on 4/25. Multitude of requirements were requested of me to complete in order to qualify for surgery with Vixen. One requirement requested in addition that was not originally requested was to obtain surgical clearance from Endocrinologist. Endocrinologist provided sufficient documentation stating I, the patient, was cleared for surgery and the thyroid will have no effect on my surgery. When documentation was submitted to vixen they then requested the endocrinologist add "low risk for surgery" to his documentation. Endocrinologist refused to provide this documentation as this would be requesting him to act outside of his scope of practice. On 5/15 I made vixen aware of the endocrinologist's response which they then stated that Vixen would not preform surgery. Vixen has not refunded any of the money at this time and stated they will not refund the $500.00 of deposits. As surgery was not canceled by myself and good/services were not provided the total refund of the ******* is expected. I have attempted to work out with the dispute with the surgery center refund department explaining that surgery was canceled at no fault of my own but they continue to refuse refund of deposits and they have stopped communicating all together.

We found another doctor of our who was willing to do her sx with the endocronologist note as is yet the patient refused that option and is choosing to cancel her whole procedure thus incurring the $1500 cancellation fee. The patient has now placed a chargeback on us which will halt the refund process since a chargeback is a completely different process and department .

    On February 23, 2024, I underwent surgery recently for a Brazilian **** Lift and Lipo 360. I had procedure about three months ago. My feet swell all the time. Even after I take off the compression socks, my feet continue to swell. My feet swell up like I'm pregnant every time I try to let them rest for fifteen minutes without wearing compression socks. I'm at a doctor's visit currently. I was informed that in order to address this matter, I would also need to get in contact with my surgeon. No one has reached out to me thus far. Furthermore, my doctor is reaching out to Vixen as well, but she is not getting through.Also , I contacted Vixen on March 6 , 2024 and March 25, 2024 informing them Im not happy and have been so depressed with the outcome of my surgery. Which I provide photos of dents inside my buttocks. My bbl isn't round looks filled with dents and cellulite. This is not what I paid my money for. As , I watch other clients happy with their results and look amazing. I feel as if Iwasted money. waited 2 months and 10 week to see will it get better and it not. Seems as if it's keep deforming. I hated my body like I did before. Which I asked Is it possible to get a revision sooner. Which I am aware Dr. ***** is a great doctor but l'm not sure what happen when my surgery was being performed.

    Since Tuesday, May 7, 2023, I have been attempting to get in contact with my coordinator regarding experiencing swelling in my legs and feet! Three months after my surgery, my doctor has called and faxed over  documentation seeking my medical records and asking **************** to explain to why I still have swelling in my body. I have contacted the licensing board as well. Im currently seeking legal representation due to the situation regarding medical negligence. I requested you all to at least contact me or my physician by today Friday May 10, 2024 you all have failed to do so!

    I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my appointment and the subsequent cancellation by ************************ at his office. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and disregard for my time and well-being.I find it unacceptable that after ************************ canceled my appointment, I am being made to wait 3 to 7 business days for a refund of the payment I made for the services. This delay is highly inappropriate, given the circumstances and the inconvenience caused to me. I'm demanding that a full refund be issued immediately to rectify this situation.I would like to add that I have been diligently attempting to reach out to their office via phone calls, emails, and text messages, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from anyone regarding my refund.     *************** told me I would be receiving an anchor lift with soft touch implants, I asked him multiple times- will I need the anchor lift? he says yes to get the best result. I wake up with a lollipop lift that gives less of a perky result with responsive (cheaper) implants.Please may I have an explanation of why there was deviation from the plan we discussed for my surgery? If there was good reasoning for this I would not be upset, I just feel I was completely blind sided.I had went into consultation asking for 350cc, he said the highest he would go is 295cc which I was disappointed, but I thought if hes a dr he must know best. He gave me 335cc on my left, 265 on my right in effort to balance asymmetry. Another deviation from what he stated, I thought I couldnt go bigger than 295? I wish he put at least 295 in my right, as I told him I wanted to go big & now the left one looks bigger & has more upper pole volume since he put 70cc more there.I can already tell my areolas are not as high as they should be, currently they are pointing slightly downward. I think this shows an anchor lift wouldve been the best option for the perky look I requested & communicated to ***************.I wish he had prioritized clear communication with me. I know a lollipop is less scarring but I hope it wasnt at the expense of my results. Now Im only a month post op worrying if I will need an implant exchange / another lift in the future. If this is resolved I am open to updating my review. Please be careful ladies, he also posted Golfing shortly following my surgery, I hope he didnt rush me so he could leave.

    I would prefer at the very least a partial refund. 
    I have lost trust with your practice because I woke up with different implants than discussed with ****** & essentially an entirely different procedure than paid for. I was supposed to receive an anchor lift to achieve the best result as ****** stated, not a lollipop lift. I know I would have received a better result with an anchor lift because my areolas are still pointing downward at just over 1 month post op. 

    I have requested my case file from ****** coordinator ***** through email & she has ignored me.

    I will address this again: I request my case file so I can see what happened with my surgery. 

    Kindly, I do not wish to receive surgery from a center where ****** change patients surgery without consent & the coordinators like ***** ignore you at such a sensitive time of post op. This makes me scared to have surgery with Vixen again. 

    My military husband & I spent our hard earned money saved for months with you. Please make this right.

    April 4, 2024 when I reached out for a refund because I no longer was getting surgery ..I was suppose to get surgery this year , for a bbl and lipo 360 , and something came up to find out that Im 12 weeks pregnant .so I tell someone and the refund ticket department that Im unable to get surgery because Im pregnant and idk when will Ill be able to come back and get surgery done because Im moving and bigger place since Im pregnant for more room. they tell me I cant get my money back which is fraud u just cant keep someone money and when my health care provider willing to give me a paper to fax to them stating Im pregnant.. and they told me I get surgery done they will not keep my money but if I dont get it done they will keep it ..which is not right scandalous I want my money back and I went there before in this never happen all of sudden they want to try me with this bs ..if I have to get attorney for this matter my money which they dont want to give back I will and this matter ..Im over it

    The patient paid a total of $2,950, there is a $250 non-refundable deposit and in the contract she signed it states that there is a rescheduling fee of $500-$1000. The patient rescheduled 7 times. Thus not leaving anything left in her refund. We told the patient that when she is able to come back the money will still be there available for use and we will work with her on extending her contract.     We did the courtesy of not charging the rescheduling fee each time because we were under impression the patient was going to have surgery and we wanted to accommodate her. After 7 times we accommodated the rescheduling she wanted a refund. The contract does not state at which time the fee needs to be charged. As we previously said to the patient the money will still be there available for use when she is able to come in and get the surgery.

    On February 6,2024 I was notified by Vixen plastic surgery that health cards are not an acceptable form of payment and I will be refunded for using this card. I only received half my refund and still waiting for the other half which I was told was suppose to be a check for ****. I was later contacted by their refund team stating they are not refunding me the other half that they will apply it for the surgery. But according to the health card used they said ********************************************* is not something covered and I need to pay it back but vixen is refusing to issue me my refund of ****.00

    Hi, I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the recent events surrounding my refund and the unauthorized charges made by your company. On February 8, 2024, I was promised a refund by Vixen Plastic Surgery for ******* which has not been received to this date. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover a $1500 cancellation fee charged by your company for a surgery that was never canceled. This fee was deducted without any prior notification or legitimate reason, especially as there is no mention of any cancellation fee in the contract I signed with Vixen Plastic Surgery. This situation has caused me significant financial distress and has eroded my trust in your company. I demand an immediate refund of the promised amount and the reversal of the unjust $1500 cancellation fee that was wrongfully charged to my account. I insist on a thorough investigation into these unauthorized charges and a clear explanation of why these actions were taken without my consent. Failing to address this issue promptly and refund the full amount will compel me to take further action to protect my consumer rights, including seeking legal advice and reporting this matter to the relevant authorities. I expect a swift resolution to this matter and a confirmation of the refund and cancellation fee reversal being processed. I look forward to your immediate attention to this pressing matter.

    This patient has a signed contract with ** that states the deposit is non-refundable, the contract also states that when the patient cancels the surgery 90 days before their original date there will be a $1500 cancellation fee.     I had cosmetic surgery on December 19,2023 with ************************ at Vixen Plastic Surgery Center in ***** **. I paid for lipo ******************************************************************************* the size of my ****, or stomach area. I accumulated a burn on my stomach and it is 2 months later and I am still recovering from the burn. It has not completely healed. I have a scar on the front of my stomach. I will have to see this burn everyday. It is disheartening and heartbreaking not to mention painful.

    The patient had a high bmi before the surgery, in *******, with liposuction the doctor can only take out ****cc in one round. Patients with high bmis tend to need more than one round of liposuction to get the desired result. The patient signed a consent form that informed her of this. The doctor took out the highest amount of fat he could legally and safely do. The doctor did tell the patient that since she had a lot of fat in her abdomen she would also need a tummy tuck. Attached is also her contract and the liposuction consent form.
