I saw Friday plans on Instagram and it was promoted by **** *****. It promised pills for as low $0.89 per pill. I order one of the larger packages. This was on Dec 12th. The total was $90 so it came out to $3.33 per pill. Its now Dec 23rd and nothing has even arrived to the shipping location. **************** was nice but had not answer or solution and told me to just wait 48 more hours. Seems wrong they advertised receiving the meds within 48 hours and $0.89 per pill. Yet I have waited 2 week and paid $3.33 per pill. Receipt shows order on the 12th but billed on the 17th.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. Its unfortunate that the business did not initiate any of these actions and I had to work to get this resolved with no assistance. I still think the business should be handling these issues in a timely manner. I feel if i had not continued to reach out, finally disputing with my bank to get the money returned, the business would have done nothing and kept the funds. This should be watched as most customers don't have the time or resources to be as diligent as i was in this matter.

I ordered 18 generic ****** from Friday Plans and was charged $26.00. I received a email saying the shipment will be delayed. On 12/12/2025 @ 2:am $179.86 was removed from my debit card by Friday Plans without any discussion or approval from me. I called the support number and was told they upgraded me to a six month plan without my permission. I was told the money would be back in my account, order was canceled. The business allows you to suspend your subscription, which I did. Then even though you have selected to be notified of any transactions on your account they do not contact you at all. Then they go ahead and bill you for another shipment. This is very shady business and could be resolved with simple communication. Also, even though your account shows the transaction is pending, they tell you it is too late to stop the transaction and refund your payment when you contact them. Never would have even known this was all going on if I didn't receive notifications from my credit card provider. Bad business practices.Customer Answer

I have just watched the commercial. I scanned the code and begin the ********** card was charged immediately $89 and I am now supposedly waiting for the review of my profile. I have been promised that I will be contacted within 2 to 3 business days and that if approved the medication will be received within two weeks mailed right to my doorstep I was also told that I am not satisfied. I can simply call them contact them by email and they will refund 100% with no questions asked. They advertised generic ****** for $19.95, I went to the site and they asked for Credit Card info, when I entered it and pressed next key the only choice it gave me was a $198 subscription. I closed the browser to cancel.Later I found they shipped the $19. order, i let it bill and I thought that was the end. Now they are trying to send me another shipment.They started a subscription which I never agreed to.
