      Upon mUpon my arrival on February 4th to retrieve the vehicle, I noted that it had sustained damage. The individual who assisted me informed me that a claim had been filed and that a representative would reach out to me shortly regarding the determination of responsibility for the damages. However, I have yet to receive any communication pertaining to this matter, which will result in my having to incur out-of-pocket expenses for the damages inflicted upon my vehicle.

      Due to unfortunate circumstances my car got repossessed. I was able to pay the bank and they sent over the release of my car. I scheduled pick up for the 31st of January because of my availability due to work. The woman at the tow yard said on the 30th I will receive relevant information including the total to pay and the address. I received no communication from the company on the 30th so Friday the 31st I reached out to them. I called multiple times with no answer their system kept hanging up. I knew my appointment was coming near so I called the the bank and they were able to reach out to them at a private number where they told the woman on the phone that their internet and phone is down and I just have to call back. Their office is closed on the weekend so Monday February 3rd I called and explained that my job does not allow me to come any earlier than the 14th. This establishment is compelling me to pay the full amount even though the reason why I could not fulfill my appointment was on their part. They were supposed to send a confirmation on the 30th and I did not receive anything. I called them on the 31st and on that day their phone system and internet is down. If I atleast had the address from the day before , like they promised, I could go in person and avoid having to leave my car vehicle on their lot. As a client why do I have to suffer for their system being down? Attached below are screenshots of the times I called on Friday alone with a screenshot of the only communication I received from them during this time.

      My vehicle has been repossessed over 3 months now. I been trying for 3 months to recover my property. Ive been promised from ****** and ***** that I will get a callback before the day ends. No callback no information provided from the company to let me know whats going on. Its now 45 days over due and I believe they are trying to keep my property.

      South Florida auto recovery towed my rental car (hertz) from hooters with my purse that had my debit card and credit card and also i had $700 in 100s and 20s i also had a Bloomingdales shopping bags with new items that i bought that day inside the car. I call to retrieve my things and they say they did not see take them and they was the only ones to come in contact with the car
