This company does bait and switch on consumers, they claim they are selling you an early flight and when you sign the invoice and pay two weeks later you get your flight info for whatever flight they choose. They then ask you for more money to give you the early flight you requested when you purchased.Risa Travel, LLC

Lamentamos mucho que su experiencia con nosotros no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Sin embargo, creemos que es importante aclarar algunos puntos respecto a su resea.
En primer lugar, nos gustara destacar que la otra pareja que viaj con ustedes no tuvo ningn inconveniente y disfrut de su viaje sin problemas. En cuanto a su estancia en el hotel, el servicio fue el que se reserv desde el principio.
Sobre el tema del vuelo, queremos aclarar que nunca se le confirm un vuelo en la maana. El vuelo inicialmente reservado llegaba a Cancn a las 2 PM, una hora antes de la hora de check-in en el hotel, que es a las 3 PM. Entendemos que posteriormente prefiri un vuelo en la maana, y le ofrecimos la opcin de cambiar a vuelos a las 7 AM o 10 AM, asumiendo nosotros el costo adicional por los asientos vacos del vuelo original, como gesto de cortesa. Todo esto, mientras nuestros agentes soportaban su vulgaridad y falta de respeto por telfono.
Lamentablemente, el vuelo de las 7 AM se llen mientras usted consideraba la opcin, y el vuelo de las 10 AM segua siendo una opcin viable, ya que igualmente llegaba antes de la hora del check-in en el hotel. Nos entristece que esta opcin no haya sido aceptable para usted.
Solicit un reembolso completo antes del viaje, lo cual no fue posible dado que ya se haban pagado todos los servicios contratados. Las polticas de reembolso fueron claramente comunicadas y aceptadas en el momento de la reserva.
Nos tomamos muy en serio las experiencias de nuestros clientes y siempre buscamos ofrecer soluciones que se ajusten a sus necesidades, dentro de lo posible. Lamentamos que no haya estado satisfecha con las alternativas ofrecidas y reiteramos nuestro compromiso con la transparencia y el servicio al cliente.

1 starMuy mala experiencia en este viaje en especfico. He viajado anteriormente con Risa Travel. Para comenzar nuestras vacaciones originalmente eran de Sbado 27 a Sbado 3. Mi representante me escribi para pedir cambio de da y viajar ***************** 26 a Viernes 2 con la promesa de la misma hora. El Jueves 25 me notificaron *** haba cambios y el vuelo se retraso para las 2 de la tarde. 8 horas ms ****** de lo prometido. Ya en el aeropuerto nos avisan de 30 minutos de retraso (2:30) luego *** una hora ms (3:30) finalmente salimos a las 4:45. Casi 12 horas de diferencia. Llame varias veces a la agencia para pedir hablar con ******* pero nunca respondi ni devolvi la llamada. Cuando llegue al hotel yo esperaba una habitacin ******************** y era regular. Nuevamente a llamar a Risa Travel y nada *** me resolvieran. Me dicen *** contactara a ***** de ************ nunca me respondi. Trate de comunicarme toda la semana y solo me respondi una llamada para decirme *** le escribiera. Por gusto pues nunca respondi los mensajes. El jueves en la tarde le dej saber a mi representante de Risa Travel *** no **** confirmacin de la recogida hacia el aeropuerto y le deje saber *** la representante de Nexus nunca respondi, Que ******* (duea de Risa Travel) nunca me devolvi la llamada y *** no volveramos a viajar con ellos. Fue entonces cuando ***************** respondi por WhatsApp hasta el Jueves 1, a las 10 PM. 1 star******************. Viajamos con auropamunda. A travs de Risa Traveler desde el da 7/3/24 desde ****** asta Barcelona por un promedio de 20 das mi esposa y yo. Y a sido la esperieza ms d***gradable que yo aya ****** en mi vida. Las prom***s de los buses que nos ofrecieron en risa nunca fue de *** manera los buses no tenan baos eran incmodo las comidas fueron las mismo durante todo el viaje macarrones y spaghetti y puercos todos los das Los hoteles fueron una basuras sin aires Ac En ******* unos de los hoteles el aire Ac fue las ventas de cuarto y una cantidad de mosquitos en el cuarto. En camino para ********* el bus que nos dieron los asientos eran tan pequeo que no se poda estirar los pies y caminamos 652 kl y solamente paramos 2 veces y en los tour los guas nos dejaban botados en las ciudades y nosotros tenamos que regr***r por nuestra cuenta. Al regreso trate de hablar con el que me vendi el paquete. Y nunca me devolvi la llamada. El seor ******. Que pens que era una persona correcta me iba a devolver la llamada. Pero ya veo que no fue as. Este fue mi ltimo viaje con Risa Traveler. Cuando se vende un paquete se debe de cumplir con el. 1 starThe biggest issue and the reason I am giving the agency a one star review is due to the return flight.During our initial conversation, we expressed our concern that they were using a Charter flight for the trip. ******* advised that Global X was an airline that has an exclusive contract with only Risa travel and thus we will not have any scheduling issues. We trusted her explanation and proceeded with the booking. -Our flight was originally scheduled to leave on July 12th at 11am. The night before, July 11th, we received a text stating the flight had been rescheduled and would now be leaving at 7pm. We were never given a reason as to the delay, we were told it was rescheduled and that's all. We were understanding and accepted the new flight time.On July 12, 2:54 pm, 6 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up, we received another text advising that the new flight time is 11pm and we would need to stay at the hotel until 7pm for a bus pick up and transfer to the airport.Keep in mind, the hotel checkout is at 12pm. We were sitting in the heat, outdoors for 7 hours with all of our luggage and kids waiting for pick up.No further explanation was given as to why the flight was rescheduled, again.We arrived at the ************* the next morning, July 13th at around 2am. We made it to our final destination around 2:30 am.On July 12th, *******, the owner of the agency, advised she would be meeting with the airline and would get back to us regarding compensation.After a few days of no communication, we reached out to follow up and were told we would be getting an email.We finally received the email and were told we would be given a $100 credit per adult for a future vacation package with Risa travel.I have never in all my life been so insulted and disgusted. I have no use for an agency credit as I never plan to book any vacations through Risa Travel again after the ordeal we had to endure and the lack of empathy they demonstrated.Review fromDinelly T

What a horrible experience. ** had our flight scheduled for 6 AM. ** got here at the airport at 3 oclock in the morning when we were doing the check and we are informed that our flight was being delayed till 11 oclock in the morning. Reason because that flight had to take customers from the previous day to DR. ** have been here for six hours and we have no response from the agency. ** have called several times and all they can say that the situation is not in their hands. ** have been sitting down on the floor because they dont even have seats while we were waiting outside and its just horrible. ** were giving a rubber bracelet and a tote bag as an apology for the delay of six hours.Risa Travel, LLC

This agency oversold the flight and called us to change the departure time, to steal an entire day of the vacation we paid them for!! Their customer service couldn't be worst; they don't seem to understand that they're operating in the ** and the people who trust them with their money deserve respect!!! Offering an excursion in exchange for a wasted day is not going to solve it for us!!Risa Travel, LLC

risa is the worse travel company you can ever travel with, my parents and i just got back from the greece tour which was 10 days from ****** to ********* to ******* , they placed us in the worse hotel possible in ******* which was in the middle of no where it was dirty and disgusting, the food was terrible and they barely had any , and service was horrible . the hotel is called **************** . they told us (the 24 people involved in the travel group) that we would be placed in a 5 star hotel next to a beach . they clearly lied and placed us in the middle of nowhere which was dangerous for all the teenagers on the trip. not to mention they also refused to take us out the hotel and only gave us transportation to the city for a day in a half like what?? horrible agencyRisa Travel, LLC

The hotel where you stayed has sea views and is a 6-minute walk from the beach, where there are two restaurants. It is also 15 minutes by taxi from ******* town. Additionally, we provided complimentary daily transportation to ******* town, a service not included in your package, and the cost was covered by the local tour operator.
