0 stars deserved!!!!!! Total SCAM!!!!! Won as free vacation, then had to pay fees to get the package. When you attempt to book that is another run around and guess what.. MORE FEES! I was told my package would expire later and when I called to try to get a vacation in I was told my package would be expired by then. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!Review from Magaly N

In August 2023 I won a vacation prize through a radio *********** was told I would be contacted by this travel company. I was contacted by *** ******** & informed of my prize, I was then charged $350 & promised 5 day, 4 night all inclusive to either ********** or ************ and to less days to ******* ******* not all inclusive. The understanding was that I would pay my flight & that I had until Feb 2025. I received an email with the travel certificate & a link to the website so I could look at the locations offered. I was never informed that there would be addt'l fees to obtain the vacation. Fast forward to Aug 2024, I am trying to coordinate the prize trip and was told by different reps ********** ********* that because I am single I cannot go to either locations in ****************** or use the date I am looking in Oct or Nov as these dates are not available. I expressed that I was never told that my marital status would impact this arrangement & that it was discriminatory. Once I threatened to file a complaint to BBB then all of sudden I was offered to switch and reduce my days to 4 days and 3 nights. I refused and hung up on them both. I received texts from ********* attempting to reach ****** told her to stop calling me or texting me. I received an email from both & I decided to respond back to ********* & asked I speak to her or a general manager or owner. I then got a call this week from ****** claiming she is the ** & that she would help find a solution & offered 5 day 4 nights to ********** for two hotels. I asked her to email this information & then in this email she alerted I would have to pay additional hotel taxes & booking fees of $330 addt'l which are not listed on the travel voucher or advised when I purchased it. I emailed refusing to pay anymore money as I had lost trust in this corp & asked to speak to the owner. I am still waiting for a call. I did more research & found complaints through this website. This company uses radio station contests as a way to get customers. I won 2 packages in a Zeta *************************** *********** and was told pkgs were free but I had to pay a processing fee of $400. I told them I would be gifting these since my husband and I are in the midst of his cancer treatment. Now when I explained that my friends are unable to travel and so I will not use their packages, they first began to change terms of the offer and then, concluded with offering to only reimburse 50% of the fee when I have used none of the services. This is unacceptable and has now imposed one more task on my caretaker agenda to recoup my monies but I will continue to pursue this with Consumer Affairs and all other monitoring agencies because business transactions should be voluntary, not coerced. Esta compañia total mente una estafa pague $450 para un paqte 5 dias y 4 noches para cancun compre pasajes y todo para q 2 meses despues el hotel dija q mi hija y yo no cualificamos para la promocion por q es solo para parejas y un limite de ingreso de 50k al año pague $130 de taxes del hotel y ahora no quieren devolver el $ no me clara bello no me contesta las llamadas ni devuelven los mensajes solo quiero mi $ de vuelta !
Translation: This company is totally a scam, I paid $450 for a package of 5 days and 4 nights to Cancun, I bought tickets and everything so that 2 months later the hotel said that my daughter and I do not qualify for the promotion because it is only for couples and has a limit of income of 50k a year I paid $130 in hotel taxes and now they don't want to return the $ it doesn't make me clear beautiful they don't answer my calls or return my messages I just want my $ back!

My wife won a radio contest during our vacation to Puerto Rico. She spent an hour on the phone with three different company representatives. The prize was a 7 day family vacation for four at two different hotels and 2 tickets to a water park. The radio stated the prize was free but Go Travel Cloud required a $400 deposit and mine and my spouse's information. The details also stated additional charges at the time of reservation and stay. Also the need to attend a 90 minute presentation of the property during the stay. Obviously this is a Discounted Vacation not a "PRIZE" and a ploy so that Go Travel Cloud can sell some time share. Not my idea of a stress-free vacation. I could probably walk into any large mall and get the same deal without the gimmick.Travel Cloud Inc Response

April 20 2023, I participated and won a contest on a ****************** station " La Mega". The contest stipulated a radio contest to win a vacation package of up to 5 days and 4 nights on selected destinations. Today, 30 Jan ****, I called the agency to make the reservation per my travel certificate (TM-008321: *************, 5 Days, 4 Nights for 2 adults and 2 children. All inclusive (Food and Beverage)). The customer representative is stipulating that my certificate is contingent to my civil status, being married however the terms and conditions on the certificate received does not specify these requirements. They reiterate that when the representative that handled my case when I won the package mentioned this particular clause. However, there is no actual objective evidence that can prove these written terms that I signed or agreed upon after paying a fee of 200$. This travel agency uses radio stations to make you believe you fairly won a vacation package; however, you still have to pay a fee and then Travel Cloud changes the terms when you call and plan the actual vacation based on new terms that are not even written on the actual certificate.
