    Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I ordered uniforms for my kids school. I ordered size 4 and size 6. They sent size 6 and size 10. When I contacted them they wouldnt acknowledge their mistake and keep telling me that a size 4 is a size 6 and a size 6 is a size 10. The lady mentioned she was the owner of the company and didnt offer any solution. She simply told me that next time I need to order my child true size. My son is 4 and wears size 4 and my daughter is 6 and wears size 6 Stay away from this brand, at all cost!!

    The client ordered boys size 4T and boys size 6. She claims that she ordered a size 4 but in her uploaded document it clearly shows its a size 4T.  Our polos are made for a different market and the equivalent for her order is:

    4T USA =  6 our brand 

    6 USA = 10 our brand 

     in 10 years this has never been an issue.  We advised her to check with the school since for nearly 10 years theyve sold out polos under this same premise  

    The issue is that she ordered Boys polo instead of ordering a Girls polo so of course its big on the little girl. We tried to explain this several times and she resorted to calling the owner profane names and insulting remarks. 

    Client doesnt understand that shes ordered the wrong item and refuses to acknowledge this. Weve offered a full refund if shes not happy however the return must be done at the store or she must ship back the polos at her expense since this is not our mistake.  

    its very simple, she ordered incorrectly and has turned to vulgar language and entitled behavior because shes not happy hearing the facts about her order. This has nothing to do with us making a mistake, she received exactly what was ordered. If you review the order confirmation that she uploaded, it clearly states that she ordered Boys 4T and Boys 6.  

    its truly pathetic to resort to this level when its all your fault for not paying attention. We work really hard to protect our business and do an amazing job for each our our clients. You should call and apologize for your vulgar behavior once you stop to realize this is all your mistake.
