    resolution to this issue, including a refund of the $600 that was debited from my account, as well as waiving any cancellation fees that *** be imposed. I also request a formal apology from Urology Specialist of Miami for their unprofessional behavior and mishandling of my appointment. I urge the practice to review their policies and procedures to ensure that patients are treated with respect, provided with accurate information, and not subjected to unnecessary fees or services.In summary, my formal complaint against Urology Specialist of Miami relates to the following issues:Repeated insistence on seeing ****************** and paying a fee of $315 for a check-up and insurance verification, despite having a valid referral for ******************** for fertility services.Misleading information about online options for fertility services and charging for unnecessary services.Unprofessional and aggressive behavior by the staff in insisting on additional fees and cancellation fees.Failure to provide the agreed-upon services and attempting to charge a cancellation fee for an appointment that was not honored.Overall poor experience as a patient seeking fertility services, including undue stress, wasted time, and expenses incurred.I request a prompt resolution to this matter, including a refund of the $600 debited from my account and a waiver of any cancellation fees. I also expect a formal apology from Urology Specialist of Miami for their mishandling of my appointment and unprofessional behavior. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a satisfactory resolution. Thank you.

    Hello the company has provided the reimbursement of the 600 and did not charge the cancellation fee. And I have not seen a cancellation fee on their part.
