On 11/19/2022 me, my fianc, and our two children arrived at AAA Car sales and was assisted by ***** he helped ** finance a ******* Elentra 2009 and we were suppose to put **** down but we only had $1,000 cash so thats what they took from us that day they told us the car was in great shape it was just the front bumper and the crack in the windshield and even that was promised to be fixed and they only added the bumper and told us everything else was great they didnt even let us test drive cause they were ******* us to sign the contract so they were able to leave but the following day the check engine light came on and the car was doing a weird jerking movement where it would temporarily stop and then go again in the mist of us driving so we reported the issue to them they told us to come in with car early morning to check and literally they did nothing the kept lying saying that they hooked the computer up to the car and there was nothing wrong. On 11/29/2022 my fianc took the car to auto zone and they hooked their computer up to the car and it automatically came up as a transmission issue. This car gets worse day by day and this is our only transportation for work and school and it is not safe to be in. The drivers seat belt doesnt work and the car keeps jerking in the middle of the road they promised us that we were gonna get a new car today 12/01/2022 and made us call out of work to be there just to tell us that they cant help us unless we leave the car we have been going to them almost once or twice a week for three weeks the first week we realized there was a problem they told us wait until this week which is the week of 11/27/2022 for their new car shipments so they can switch out the car for us and they keep falling through with their promises its not a safe car and I asked for my $**** back and they told me no they also threatened me with repossession of the car even though *** paid what they asked me to I just want my money back.Business Response

On 11-19-2022 ************************* bought a vehicle from us with a down payment of $ ****, at that time she had only $ **** so we helped her differing the $ 500 for later payment and trusted her and delivered the car with a non completed down payment. She says that she never drove the car, attached a signed document says tha she drove the car and she is happy with it, We informed her that she had to make her payments on time and have to have a full coverage insurance all the time till she pays the car in full. She bought a full coverage insurance at the time she bought the car, but immediately she cancelled the insurance, attached file shows that ***** has cancelled the insurance on 11-19-2022 and she was using the car without any insurance. As you can see on the documents she signed she has to have insurance and we have the right to repossess the car if she does not have insurance.
She was claiming that the car has a transmission problems and we told her to bring the car to our dealership to check but she insisted that she can not live the car to check it, Obviously we can not check the car if she does not live it in our place, after that she stooped making payments and did not *****************,
We tried to many times to contact her via phone and text to collect late payment and to require insurance covers but she never returned our call so we had no other choice than repossessing the car to protect our business,
Attached you can see all the documents that show we did everything that we had to do to help her but unfortunately she never answer our request.

I bought my first car on 8/23/22, 2015 Tiguan, from AAA Car Sales and everything was fine till two weeks later and it started to rain. The water was coming in from the sunroof and the windshield, my car was soak and I was confused, I call ******/**** right away and informed them that there was leak, they told me to come in and he would fix it no problem, that was a lie, not only did they not fix it, but the sunroof screen does not open now, water is still coming in, my car sounds like it's under water when it moves. I kept on calling and telling them about my issues with the car but this time I was told to go to the ********** dealership because I have a warranty and they will fix this issue, wrong, the warranty does not cover this, they quoted me $6000 for the repairs. I go back to where I bought the car, AAA Car Sales ***** because it's only been 8 weeks and that's when I'm told it passed the 30days warranty and they cannot fix the sunroof. They knew from the very start this car had issues, but they sent me on a wild goose chase so the 30day would pass and they do not have to be liable for the repairs. I believe they sold me a lemon; they knew this car was faulty.Business Response

Good morning and thanks for your effort to resolve this issue. On 08-22-2022 the client came to our dealership to buy a used car, she picked a 2015 ********** Tiguan with ***** miles, she test drove the car before doing any deal with us, after that we got her approved by the bank to finance the car, She signed all paper work as is stipulated by ******* low, she signed that the car is sold AS-IS no warranty, As you can see on the attached documents, As we sell all our used cars, 5 or 6 weeks later she came to our place and said that the car is licking water from the sunroof, we explained to her that the car was sold AS-IS no warranty, As you can see on the attached documents however we are willing to help her with the issue because we really care about our customers, she left the car at our dealership, we took the car to a specialized shop and fix the issue with no charge to her, even the car was sold AS-IS no warranty, she left happy because we fixed her car and we did not charge her any amount. 2 weeks later she came back and said that the car is licking water from the windshield, not from the sunroof, we told her that we helping her as a courtesy because we sold the car AS-IS no warranty, however we asked her to leave the car and we fixed the issue for a second time, even we did not have the obligation to do so, we paid to the mechanic the first time to fix her car $ 250, and the second time $ 150, even we did not have the obligation to do so, we always try to take care of our customers. Now she said that the curtain of the sunroof is not working, and we said to her we are not able to fix that issue because from the beginning she was claiming only the water issue, and now she wants us to fix her curtain. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for that as we sold the car AS-IS no warranty,
However is good to mention that she has an extended warranty for 12 month on engine and transmission, but said warranty does not cover things as the sunroof.
As you see we worked with our customer and we spend $ 400 that we are not supposed to spend just because we need and like that all our customers are happy, but we are at the point that we can't spend more money on the customer because at the end she is not happy no matter what we do.
