      Id leave zero stars but this is the lowest. My husband bought a car here three months ago for our son, a college student. We are out of state and needed the plates. This place dragged their feet on getting the paperwork in to get the permanent license and my son got two tickets (he has to be able to drive). Also, they told my husband theyd get him a second key fob and are now saying they dont do that. Also dodged my husbands calls and are very hard to reach generally.

      I visited this place on 03/30/25 seeking a vehicle for my Granddaughter and and advised them not to submit application to Capitol One as me as a co signer and they did it against my authorization do not give them any information on you for they will misuse it

      If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced is unacceptable. My experience began with salesman *********, who, as of December 11, 2024, is no longer employed with this dealership. On November 5th, I purchased a 2021 ******* Elantra. Midway through the process, an unnamed manager took over and demanded a $5,000 down payment, despite the original agreement being $2,500. After finalizing the paperwork, the issues with the vehicle began almost immediately. The car made a loud vibration noise and shook while driving. I promptly returned it, but the dealership claimed no issues were detected as there were no "codes" showing. They returned the vehicle to me, yet the noise and shaking persisted. A week later, the car broke down in the middle of the road, leaving me stranded and unable to drive it. As of December 16th, the car remains in the shop, leaving me without transportation and out $5,000. To make matters worse, no one at the dealership answers my calls or returns messages. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening.The salespeople at this dealership engage in unethical practices, preying on individuals who are simply seeking reliable transportation. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience of my life. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone.

      I did an interstate purchase of a *** Promaster from this dealership. The video they sent me did not disclose some of the damage to the inside of the vehicle and when I received it, it had trash in it so had not been cleaned very well. Additionally, when I first drove it, I noticed there was a strange feeling when it changed gears. I have since had it looked at and the transmission is well and truly on its way out. I did have a pre-purchase inspection done on it and the mechanic didn't note it either. When my local mechanic looked at it, he told me that the check engine light and code had been cleared a certain amount of days prior. This day fell right on when the vehicle was at the dealership. When I went through the selling process, the salesman was pushy and the finance guy ran my credit against my strict orders not to until the inspection was completed. The ** called apologizing and said I would deal with him directly from there on, which lasted that phone call and then I was handed off to someone else. They were also super slow sending the title and it took a full month before I could register it in my state. I have tried contacting the ** a couple of times since the purchase and for the most part, he ignores me. This dealership is the epitome of why used car salesmen have the reputation they do. Steer clear of buying a car from them and save yourself a lot of stress.

      I spoke to Gianni the ** of our *** location where you purchased the car. He said that you had the car inspected with an outside company before even moving forward with the purchase. Which the report stated that their was no issues or damages with the transmission. He also mentioned that you haven't reached out to him at all.       This Dealer is the Biggest Scam in *************. Purchased my car for $25k out the door. and after reviewing the Finance documents. They added on an $8,000 more in fees and $5000 in extra warranty that I told them I did not want. Totally the cost of my vehicle to $38,000 for a used car. And now they ignore all my calls, so I have my Attorney working on the case as we speak. They are the nicest people until you sign the paperwork then they treat you like Absolute garbage. Never Ever buy from this place.

      I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and gap insurance was added to my contract the vehicle was in a accident that the insurance company deemed it a total loss my insurance paid the lien holder the majority of what was owe the balance is $2400 my service contract had to be cancelled in order for gap to pay the balance it was cancelled on September 6th by the dealership and still they haven't paid the lien holder this is bad customer service I've called them and they said that I have to wait for 4 months I've also called the gap insurance company Dealer loyalty protection and they're so rude and giving me the run around I sent them all the paperwork and they claim that they are waiting on a book out from the lien holder in order to process the claim I called the lien holder which is space Coast credit union they said that that the gap insurance is between the dealership and the gap insurance company I'm frustrated by this because no one will resolve this matter I need someone to please help me with this matter between these two companies

      I purchased my sons first car from this place, nice little first car thought we got a pretty good deal but instead we got a nightmare. Car was purchased in February, according to the dealership it had a few minor things to be fixed. We took the car home on Saturday and back to the dealership on Monday to get those things fixed. The dealership had the car a couple weeks we picked it up from them they said everything was good to go. From that point on the car would barely make it 5 miles, was always stalling, even stalled in the middle of an intersection which caused my son to be in an accident thank god he wasnt driving on the highway it could of been horrible. Had to spend money twice on having it towed, finally we were able to have the dealership tow it back to their supposed mechanic to get fixed. They had the car for some time, said all the issues were fixed, the ** **** assured use everything was good. We took the car home and it went right back to stalling when you tried to drive it..funny because they said the issues were with the fuel pump and they fixed it however When I was tired of dealing with them because I did not trust them anymore, and the car was literally breaking down every 5 minutes..I took it to an actual reliable BMW mechanic, spent even more money to get the fuel pump fixed among other things that were linked to the fuel pump what a joke this place is. Save yourself the headache. 3 months later after purchasing the car and now my son is actually able to drive the car safely. If I could leave less than one star I would.

      Bought a ***** Colorado from this company at the ***** location approximately 10yrs ago with a broken light. Salesman and Manager stated they'll fix it. Took possession of the vehicle and every time we called or went to the ***** location, we were always given an excuse or turned away. We ended up fixing it ourselves.Fast forward, we gave them another chance and purchased a 2019 ***** Colorado again from them in September 2023. Took possession in October. We advised the sales manager of 2 issues that needed to be fixed, to which he annotated it on the contract and told us to bring it back in 2 weeks to be fixed. Five months and multiple phone calls and visits to the business later and it has not been fixed. It seems we are now being ignored when we call. If i could give less than one star, I would
